Loved our experience with Jewels By Joe! We made our first purchase 22 years ago, then an upgrade 2 years ago and just recently a new setting , I love my new setting with my existing diamond from 2 years ago.We appreciated all the help from Maya in making all our selections. I've been coming to Maya for years and she is amazing. I recently upgraded my wedding ring. I wanted to change it to an infinity band. She designed one that is absolutely stunning! It fits so well on the hand. She also helped me reuse my engagement diamond by creating a pendant necklace for me. I wouldn't even have thought of doing that! It's absolutely beautiful and I am so appreciative. Thank you, Maya, you are the best!

Maya is absolutely incredible! I had a vision for a unique, one-of-a-kind wedding band for my husband based on one of my drawings, and Maya truly brought it to life! Her customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism are unmatched. On top of that, her kindness, patience, and calm demeanor make the whole process stress-free and SO enjoyable! Working with Maya one-on-one was a very special experience, and tapping into her knowledge of metals, jewelry design, and construction details helped me create a ring that was beautiful, practical, and unique... all at the same time! My husband and I bought are rings over 10 years ago from Jewels By Joe. And from that initial visit we KNEW that this would be our forever jeweler. The care, the compassion, the friendliness, they truly make you feel like family. About a year and a half ago our son accidently dropped my ring down the garbage disposal and didn't tell us, later on that day my husband turned it on and my ring was ruined I was truly heartbroken and sad. We called Maya and made an appointment to come in and see what could be saved if anything. Maya I say this with ALL SINCERITY... You are a RING GODDESS!!! Maya was able to use the remaining diamonds and completely re-build my entire ring to the exact ring we bought over 10 years ago. We also added an anniversary band to my ring. If you are looking for a piece of jewelry .... LOOK NO FURTHER this is the BEST JEWELRY STORE EVER!! You walk in a customer and you leave like family. Ms. Maya... I cannot Thank You enough for all that you have done and was able to do. You're an angel and I just adore you to pieces.

I absolutely trust the taste and integrity of Maya. I bought three rings from her almost three years ago, and I recently returned to her store in order to have a ring resized. The ring has an odd shape to it, so it was difficult to do so.However, I was delighted when I saw the work she and her team had done. They preserved the beautiful shape of the ring, did a fantastic job resizing, and did a gorgeous job restoring the ring to its original shine. She also honored her word and made sure the ring was ready by the day she promised. Finally, she charged a very fair price.A friend recommended Maya years ago, and she's always been great.

My first experience with Maya is when she helped me find a near flawless Asscher cut diamond, made a custom-designed engagement band, and stayed within my budget while dealing with my dozens of questions, requests, and phone calls/text messages. After your first experience with Maya, you'll discover her taste in quality and the way she does business is exactly what you want from a trusted jeweler. My boyfriend (now Fiancé) and I came here in search of an engagement ring. We had an appointment with a few jewelry stores at the Diamond District and found that some places were rather "pushy." Maya was a breath of fresh air. Calm, knowledgeable, and patient! She really spent some time with us trying to design the perfect ring I always envisioned I'd have one day. It was such an enjoyable experience. You can tell she really cares about her customers and ultimately wants you to be satisfied with the product. Her diamonds were stunning and beat the competition. I bought my wedding and engagement rings here 15 years ago, and recently went back for some more jewelry. The selection, customer service and prices are as good as 15 years ago. Maya has a very nice selection and helped me find beautiful pieces that suit my style.

Jewels by Joe came recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I've now been back a few times, it's the only place I got for jewelery. It's important to work with people who become a joyous part of an important memory. First of all, the ring is gorgeous. I worked with Maya to custom design my engagement ring. She gave thoughtful feedback, while allowing me to see my vision come to life. She never tried to push her ideas on me or up sell me on anything. She was also honest. She was honest about the process of custom designing the ring. She was honest about how the process was going, and she was honest about her opinions on ideas I had about the ring. The result is a stunning ring. Additionally, the selection of rings the store offers is incredible. My fiance and I ended up purchasing our wedding rings with Maya as well. She has a great selection of handmade rings for men to choose from. The store is gorgeous and easy to find. It's clear that Maya and JV have a lot of passion for what they do. Finally, they're both so kind. They're great to work with, and they truly care about customers leaving happy. I'll be working with them for my future jewelry needs, and I absolutely recommend them.
