My husband and I got my custom engagement ring and wedding band from Jewelry Masters 10 years ago. The craftsmanship on both is beautiful and the diamonds are high quality. I'm really tough on my things and never take my rings off. I recently smacked my ring hard against something and a prong broke off. Jewelry Masters fixed it and made both my rings look brand new again. They also created a second band to go on top of my engagement ring. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable. We’ll continue to get our jewelry from them!

Absolutely amazing piece that I got! Andrew is Officially my jeweler! Him and I did everything online and he made my dream piece EXACTLY how I Envisioned it. He is patient and he knows Customerservice. This is where I get my jewelry from now on! If you want Quality jewelry, go to Jewelry Masters or call and ask for Andrew; Tell him what you want, and that’s how you do it, enough said. I just gave you the game.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a 7 minute phone call. These companies like to play the account receivable game...take your money and deliver your order at their convenience. I don't want to hear about manpower issues on non-essential luxuries. I'm 20 years deep in the world's finest Navy and we are tight knit. I can't wholeheartedly send my junior Sailors and Marines to see Andrew due to his condescending and unprofessional demeanor. Simple conversation and updates would be optimum in future.Everyone stay safe out there and have a great Navy night.

Wow! I was first intrigued by Jewelry Master’s because of a piece on their website. I reached out and Andrew responded to me. I had questions and he was super clear and accommodating. He understood my picky requirements and I sensed his attention to detail. Andrew is a very good communicator not to mention very respectful and knowledgeable. Boy, this company did not disappoint. The custom diamond pendant was of the highest quality craftsmanship and detail I have ever seen. I am completely satisfied with the quality, design, and the customer service of Jewelry Masters and Andrew. Hoping to enlist their services on another piece soon.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! Andrew is an awful person. I have screenshots of conversations with dismissing my wife and I, no customer service. this has been the worst experience shopping around for jewelry. read the rest of the reviews for this company, I'm glad he cancelled my order without my permission to get his 20 percent cut. other reviews stste this jewelry is fake and I believe it.

I’m always a little worried about buying Jewerly online because I can’t see it or feel it in person but what really helped me was the fact that their website had a video of the pendant so I got an idea of the size and look. Also The Jewerly Masters have Amazing prices not just on this pendant but a ton of other stuff too, they have a huge selection. One of the things I really like about this place is the customer service, all my questions were answered within minutes if not seconds! I love this pendant because it’s not light weight and cheap it’s got a nice weight to it and the gold was constructed professionally. It’s an overall great piece and the fact the diamonds are real just made it an even more amazing piece and deal. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know that is looking for good quality for an even better price and I will almost definitely be buying from here again for myself and for gifts. I ordered a 14K gold chain from Jewelry Masters and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. They had the best price and the quality was outstanding. It took about 3 weeks from order to shipping but it was well worth the wait! The chain was stamped 14K/585 and tested as such by my local jeweler. He was amazed at the fine quality and great price! If you are looking for high quality, excellent customer service, and a great price, look no further than Jewelry Masters! I will buy from them again!

I am going to be honest as possible. The customer service is great but the details and the appraisals do not match up. My wife had a certified Jewler look at the ring overseas. When I bought the ring it said 14k but Jewler overseas said its actually 9k. The Jewler also look at the diamonds. He said the ring is worth 100 dollars. I paid almost 1000.He advise my wife not to buy jewelry online that it is best to go in person. Do not buy from them. This was a waste of money and time. Yes,this is a real review coming from a real person.

Andrew was everything he said he'd be. My experience was the best. He provided pictures, CAD video, casting pictures and final images. The video you see on their site is the ring they made for me.I was extremely nervous making a purchase of this size on the net but Andrew followed through on everything he said he'd do which gave me a complete level of comfort.
