It was just a small envelope sent to Korea, and they handled it very kindly and the price was cheap. Parking was also large in a back alley, so there was no inconvenience. I recommend it.

Never ever use this place!!! What a terrible package company. My mom sent a package last Monday from korea and it arrived on Thursday (I confirmed with the company in korea). I had been calling jetpack since Friday if my package came and they said it Never came. They are not smart enough to do this simple job looking for customer's name on the box!!! Finally the next week Tuesday afternoon, I was able to pick up my package!! But I had to throw everything in the trash bin cause everything went bad ? ( of course cause it took almost 10 days). They never said sorry to me! What a evil people!!!

Never ever use it!!!! My mom sent parce from koreal last Monday and it arrived on Thursday ( I checked with the company in korea). Since Friday, I asked if the parcel arrived. they said it Never came. They were just not smart or not professional looking for items well. No excuse is needed. I was finally able to pick up on next week Tuesday afternoon. All my items in the parcel were ruined, so had to throw them in the trash because it took so long ( almost 10 days). They never said sorry!!! What a evil people
