I had high hopes when I ordered shoes from Jessica Rich online, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. After waiting for four long months with no tracking number or any sign of my order being shipped, I reached out via email and Instagram multiple times. Each time, I was given excuses and the runaround, with no resolution in sight. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was told they don't do refunds, leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole experience has been frustrating and extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against ordering from [Company Name] as they have proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. Steer clear to avoid the headache and hassle I went through.

Cheap shoes and total lack of care or respect for anything. Go buy any other shoes, do not pay for these.

I went against the advice of 2 other people that bought shoes from this place who told me not to waste my money - their shoes were apparently garbage and fell apart after one night's use- I'm a bad listener and decided to get my wife something I thought she'd love....big mistake- if Jessica Rich was an honest person, she'd let the public know that her collection is a pile of wet turds for your feet. Those shoes lasted just over an hour before 1) a heel broke off and 2) the stitching began to come out of the other shoe. I should have gotten something SO much better at a fraction of the cost.

Cannot think of a worse store to purchase shoes from. I am not gonna pay $250 for these shoes, I will just go buy other shoes. I'd just abandon these shoes if I were you, don't bother. The customer service is awful too, phone calls go unanswered and it's almost as though this business just doesn't care about anything.

Literally one of the worst cheap shoes I have ever seen. They are poorly made and poor customer service. I actually saw a few similar items at cheap places like SHEIN and Temu. They probably buy in bulk there, and rack up the prices because they know people will pay for them in the area. Explains the ton on reviews and pictures from other people on Yelp. You're better off buying off these sites for the same quality! If they're going to be that poorly made anyway

I normally don't write reviews but my experience with this brand was so heinous I had to. If you're thinking about buying from here please save your money and DON'T. The quality is so so poor I hardly made it 5 minutes without the soles falling apart.

I had a pair of heels gifted to me, which they do not have a gift option but rather a seel return policy that the buyer was not aware of. For a pair of heels over $260 the quality was terrible. Unfortunately I didnt know she had so many bad reviews. The sole of my shoe looks like it wasn't "glued" on correctly not to mention the heel. That looks like it could break at any moment along with being unbalanced. The detailed designs seem to be peeling off. The phone number online doesn't work. I emailed customer service which made it seem like $260+ purchase was no big deal. Even after offering to pay for the seel return policy or have it deducted, the most that was offered was store credit or a replacement after asking for a refund due to an issue on their end . For the price of your products the quality should match. I do not feel comfortable Ordering from JR or receiving gifts because of the lacking in product quality. For supporting a black owned business I expected better.

So good to hear and see a brand ***************** by an young ******* American female!!!I will be purchasing a pair for my daughter and granddaughter. I'm a fashionable Senior with arthritis. Would love to purchase a pair for myself, but don't see any with 2 inch heel.Will you be designing shoes for the woman that is unable to wear 4 to 6 inch stellettos?

Beautiful shoes but very Poor quality. I've experienced defects with the heels on at least two pairs of my shoes that I've purchased. I've been emailing this company all week and no response at all... I'm extremely disappointed and will never purchase nor recommend this brand to others. I'll post a photo once I arrive back home. Updated with images below. I spoke with a Janice (or Janet) yesterday and have yet to receive a return call back as promised. So disappointing and such a waste.

Hi to the owner of this store. I wanted to say that my friend and I both came from Canada to visit LA and stumbled across your store I didn’t know you had a standing store as most of your shoes are online based, however I was ready to make a purchase of one of your shoes at your Beverly Hills location. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored by the blonde girl who was working at your shop. Ignored- meaning when we walked in she completely ignored us, no greeting and was on her phone, mind you I asked her if she had a specific shoes in stock and also to be clear; we were the only two people in the store at the time. Another pair of friends walked in and she greeted them both with a smile, we both thought that was completely odd. We both were disgusted about being ignored we walked right out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The shoes look cheaper than Nordstrom BP shoes. Price is robbery. Selling made in China shoes for almost $300, terrible. The designs are nice tho
