There is no system in place for when doctors and pharmacists make mistakes. You will just suffer the consequences even if it means not having a life saving medication for weeks at a time.

I always get good treatment and care here from kind, sympathetic staff. Calling can be difficult but i just use the call-back feature they offer and i always receive a same-day call-back.

AS I TYPE THIS REVIEW. I AM STILL ON HOLD AFTER 35MIN AND 39 SECONDS. TELL ME WHAT COULD THE FRONT DESK BE DOING? IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY HEALTH CARE NEEDS. PLEASE TAKE DOWN THE RECORDING THAT SAYS YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US, BECAUSE THAT'S A LIE. I am still on hold after 40 minutes..
