My wife ordered my eternity band from Javda and it looks great. I ordered the incorrect size and Gloria made sure that I was sized correctly and that the ring was remade to the correct size. I am very pleased with the service and look of my band.

My husband took me to design an anniversary ring with Vijay, and I’ve been smitten ever since. I am surprised I haven’t burned a hole in my retina, I stare at this diamond so much.
The experience as a whole was amazing. It was so exciting to be part of it, rather than just picking a ring out of a jewelry counter. I always wore my original engagement ring with my grandmas wedding band, which is really important to me. I wanted to make sure I could continue to wear the band with it, and Vijay absolutely nailed it. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and it really was so fun.
A little synchronicity for fun: our anniversary is 4/13 (the day we went)
we stood up to leave the office 4:13 p.m.
When we returned to pick it up, it weighed 4.13g
I think the universe was telling us we went to the right place.

Above and beyond customer service. Communication is excellent. Knowledge is outstanding in regard to finger sizing as well as stone shape and sizing! Way exceeded expectations! Marketing presentation upon receipt with a light in the box is magnificent!

I bought my wife a Javda platinum semi-mount for her 60th b-day, to house a special diamond which I had purchased from a NY diamond dealer. This was the second I had bought from Javda, the first being our engagement ring. Both times Gloria was very hands on and helped me with customizing, sizing issues and she even directed me to discounts codes. Javda set the stone for us, it was gorgeous and Gloria even paid for my return shipping! I cannot give Javda a high enough recommendation. And how amazing Gloria helps to take some of the sting out of such expensive purchases!

WOW! I read a few neg reviewers about getting brushed off by Gloria but I did not think I would be one of them. I asked a few simple (4) questions before feeling comfortable in buying from the Javda website. Gloria replied with a "Unfortunately I cannot reply to all your question" because she was too busy. I guess a 3k ring is not enough money for her to bother with. Oh well, I will have the same ring made somewhere else. If you have a bad 1st impression with any jeweler like I did with Gloria at Javda... it's a sign to go with your instincts and go somewhere else. Save yourself from future headaches and stress because the 1st feeling about something is always right. I will not be buying from Javda do to Gloria's reply.

I'm really surprised at some of these reviews raving about craftsmanship because that wasn't the case for my engagement ring. We bought it online and when we received it, the ring was rough. On top of that, this place doesn't include any care for the ring like complimentary resizing or cleaning like a lot of other jewelers do. When I took it to another jeweler to get it resized, they told me that the reason the ring felt so rough was because it was not finished. When we reached out to the business about the issue, they slapped the 30 day return window in our face and said to contact customer care about any issues with craftsmanship. Who is customer care if not the business itself? Lack of craftsmanship on the engagement ring and lack of customer service for remediating their low quality work. Do yourself and future spouse a favor and pick a different jeweler that will offer customer service more than a measly 30 days after paying them thousands of dollars.

Where to I begin…Gloria was excellent from our first phone consultation all the way to design, to the process and kept me up to date. I can’t believe I was able to get such a custom piece living so far away. She was very knowledgeable and has such attention to detail. We decided to upgrade my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be placing our wedding band orders through JAVDA. Thank you for helping me customize my dream ring.

I couldn’t be happier with the ring I received. I had been looking for a diamond and sapphire channel set anniversary band. Doesn’t sound too hard, right? It is apparently harder than you would think until I found Javda’s website. I emailed with some sizing questions - it took a few days but Gloria got back to me with all the information I needed. After placing my order I had one more question and Gloria got back to me the next day answering the questions I had. It took just shy of four weeks to receive my ring but it is perfect! (The ring from Javda is the ring closest to my hand in the multi-ring photo)
