Has the nicest employees, showed me a variety of items that all fit what I was looking for (kuromi plush). Came visiting from the East coast and would def recommend people not wanting to shop over priced costs at the mall.

My children had a BALL!! There was a plethora of products. We were inside for over 30 minutes! The price range was from low to high. They had everything from Sanrio, to Sailor Moon & Demon Slayer! Their selection of items was varied and the staff was very nice! We'll definitely visit again.

Drove over an hour to visit this store because my daughter loves Sanrio. Very big store with so many options, cute decor and easy to find. The store was so crowded it was hard to even walk. Prices vary but the most part overpriced. $40 for an about 6" plush. Yikes. Most employees seemed helpful and happy but our cashier was the worse. She was so Rude and just didn't smile, she told us no cash unless you have the exact change. We were not aware of this after standing in line for 15min and there were no signs. Definitely would not return.

Large curated shop mostly filled with Sanrio & japanese brands! Store is ONLY open to the public on Sunday & Saturday.Staff here are friendly & super helpful.One con i had: not every product had the price listed on the item. Don’t be afraid to ask an employee!

So many people get confused but this shop is located off Melrose. This shop carries more characters and more merch, making it a more crowded shop. They had a decent selection of items for all of the different characters they had. The shop in Little Tokyo is more merch per character, but this shop has a bigger variety of characters. They have a good clearance section on the back wall that has a lot of good finds. Sale items go fast !

I seriously love this store!!! They have so many cute things such as plushies, accessories,etc. I've gone a few times but recently EC gave me such an amazing experience. Her customer service was above and beyond and she is a very sweet person a big shout out to her for being so nice and sweet with my daughter

I went inside to shop last Sunday. I was greeted by the sweetest employee ever, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She told me about the great deals in store, helped me look for items, and just pleasant overall. The store is super cute and well organized. The prices can’t be beat. The environment is great, everyone is nice!! I can’t wait to come back and continue to shop more.

Very nice store with lots of great merch for brands like Sanrio, Rilakuma, Sailor Moon, etc. Lots of the small items didn't have prices on them which made it a little hard to choose. Lots of variety and their shirts are both plus-size friendly and very nice quality
Went for a character event and the staff was amazing even with a lot of overcrowding in the store. They did a great job trying to guide people, checking them out, and helping with products, which helped a lot because being in crowded stores can be really stressful!
I would recommend both for shopping and for events
