I am grateful for finding Jack's Jewelry & Loan. The staff is friendly. I liked that the first time I used their service they explained everything to me and they allowed me to pay everything back within the first 30 days without paying any setup fee. . The owner is very reasonable with you after he sees you are a good paying customer.

One of the places that set the pawn for their business particular in customer service. They helped me out and made the process simple, fast and most importantly fair. I was there for a pawn, but I'm sure they have the same level of quality in their sales side, item selection, clear presentation and the rest of the team who work on the floor. Great business that treats clients with respect. If you are interested in selling jewelry, this family will go the extra mile to ensure you get the best price for your product. We all know selling personal pieces of jewelry can be difficult, especially if the piece holds personal meaning, but these folks understand and care and will do whatever they can to make your experience a positive one.

This place is great. I live a block away and walk my dog pass by the location almost everyday but never needed to step in. But when I do, I find that the staff is very friendly and they were very helpful, meticulously determine the value of my stuff and give me a solution to my short term financial pinch, will be coming back to check out their other cool stuff for sure. Thanks guys.

Came by to Jack's Jewelry & Loan to buy a gold earrings. First impression when I walked in, this pawn shop is probably the most organized I've ever seen. I was greeted by their staff in courteous way. After I purchased the jewelry I chatted with persons great guys I have to say very friendly. My 5 Stars to them I recommend Jack's Jewelry & Loan 1000%

Jack's Jewelry & Loan was very helpful and showed me into the right direction for what I was trying to get for my girlfriend. I would recommend anyone to go talk to Jack's Jewelry & Loan if you need help with anything they are helpful and always has a smile on their faces. I will definitely be returning to Jack's Jewelry & Loan. On top of that all of the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
