Of all the Jack in the box that I have visited, this has been the cleanest and the most beautiful, I know that you usually don't go to these types of fast food places expecting the best of the best in terms of establishments but the truth is I would go again, plus the staff is friendly at least in February 2024 and it has a very good unobstructed view of the Hollywood sign, obviously it is not that close but you can see the famous sign well

Sketchy place but the staff is friendly and the food is great. No complaints.Parking: Parking is behind the place. Spots are crammy and the line gets super long.

Only open 6am to 9pm inside, they need to update their hours on google asap! Otherwise great food and very friendly

Jack-in-the-box is your average fast food hamburger joint. There really isn't anything special about this chain. The burgers are always good though and for the most part, all of the food is good and tasty. They do offer a few unique items such as their egg rolls which are meant to be side dishes but can also serve as a main course. The menu revolves around their burgers and chicken sandwiches but can be a bit eclectic with what they call super tacos (good but are they really taco's) and the already mentioned egg rolls (with dipping sauce btw). The food is generally made when you order it but it does come quickly and it has always been cooked correctly and tasty so kudos to the folks at Jack-in-the-box. They do fast food right and as such they should be more highly rated in terms of fast food chains. They have lately been on a mission to downsize their restaurants. Their main Hollywood location moved from a location that had a much larger dinning room and parking lot in the center of the tourist area of Hollywood to a somewhat cramped location with very little parking which is somewhat outside of the main tourist area of Hollywood so I am not sure what is going on with their current business strategy. The old location was always packed with customers and had a busy drive thru. The new location still has a fairly busy drive thru but every time I have gone into the new location, I am the only customer. The old location had 3 registers open at the same time and lines for all three. The new location doesn't even have a full time person manning the register. Usually the manager comes out from the kitchen and takes my order after they realize they have a live person in the restaurant. The old location has stood abandoned for over a year now. Except for the cars at the drive thru, one would think that the new location was abandoned. A very confusing business strategy if you ask me.

writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your jack in the box establishment.During my visit, I encountered an issue with the customer service provided by an employee named Armando. I observed an attempt to withhold my change, approximately $40 plus some change, and when inquiring about it, Armando asked if I was waiting for another order, despite the fact that he was aware of the need to return my money.In addition to this, when seeking clarification on this employees name I got off the car went to ask for this persons name which his coworker responded as "Buddy" contributing to an overall unprofessional atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of your establishment, and it significantly impacted my day.To address this matter, I plan to file a formal complaint with HR tomorrow when they are open. I believe it's crucial to bring such incidents to your attention for improvement and to ensure the best possible customer experience at your establishment.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.( name was identified thankfully with the receipt .)

When I place an order from drive up. A person told me on the speaker says please come inside and place the order. And I just don't feel comfortable to get out of my car and specially you have a few of homeless people in the parking. But I managed to get my orders from inside and get into the car quickly.
