I cannot recommend It’s Not Trash enough! Marji is incredible with communication and customer service. She and her team were able to create my custom bed frame in DAYS and it’s everything I envisioned it to be. Beautiful business concept and perfectly priced. If you’re looking to invest in a bed frame- this is the way to go!

Marji was wonderful to work with. She walked us through the design process over the phone and made our bedframe exactly how we wanted it. We are obsessed with it! Not to mention that it was very affordable, considering it is completely custom.

I stumbled upon Itsnottrash while looking for a custom bookshelf maker in Los Angeles and I knew I wanted to go with them the minute I saw what a unique and environmentally conscious small business they are. Marjorie spent over an hour with me for a phone consultation helping me narrow down on what I was looking for. Once her team gets started on the project, they send regular photo updates to keep you in the loop to make sure you’re happy with the progress. I had asked for some cabinets inspired by Frida Kahlo’s home in Mexico City and sent Marjorie some of my personal photos from a visit there. She really took that in her stride - found some vintage cabinets she had salvaged and painted them the colors of “La Casa Azul” and finished them with vintage handles. She truly has a great eye and vision and will go above and beyond to fulfill yours. Besides this amazing and unique bookshelf, she also made me custom floating shelves with a fluted back. It looks amazing in our living room. I’m so happy I found Itsnottrash and if you’re lucky enough to live in an area where they serve, do not hesitate to try them out. You’ll end up with something highly personalized, yet perfectly reasonable.

I love all furniture made by Marji and her team. A few years ago I ordered some bed frames, a live edge coffee table and driftwood mirror from her and they looked stunning! They’ve been used and abused and are still super sturdy. I just ordered a few more bed frames and benches from her again. Still the same high quality and great price. The whole customization process was a breeze and she also managed to make and deliver them in such a short timeframe I requested. I’d highly her and her company and will be coming back for more!

Marji and the team at It’s Not Trash are amazing. She was incredibly helpful with a custom order. Offered next day service and stepped away from a refinishing project to assist me. Her work is amazing and brilliant - reclaimed solid wood used for custom designed and manufactured furniture! Better quality and lower prices than any retail option. I highly recommend visiting INT for your custom furniture needs.

Placed an order over the internet. Was simple and easy. Marjorie telephoned me the following day asking specifics about my bed order. She was, kind, professional and a pleasure to talk with on the phone.
She called me to follow up with the design of my bed and told me she would be delivering it to my home and setting it (for an extra fee, but so worth it).
Marjorie telephoned me and set up a date and time for the delivery. She contacted me the morning of, and was right on time.
She put my bed together in the time she told me (30 minutes).
I will be ordering more furniture from her. She was so pleasant.
