I placed my order in August and it is now November going on December and I still have not received my order. I received ONE email update in september about a shipping delay and that was it. They stated in the email that shipping would start October 15 and I still did not receive anything. The beginning of November I reached out to customer service about an update and they say shipping would start November 15…. Okay I waited it out….. November 15th passed and I reached out again and they said shipping should start November 20-December 1…. At this point I wanted a refund because they keep pushing the shipping date back… when I asked for a refund they stated that because the item was already paid for they cannot cancel my order but can give me a discount code….. sweetheart…. Do you think I would shop with yall again after this???? ITS A HARD NO!! It is not November 25 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION! I am beyond frustrated! And I see they are doing this to quite a few people after reading the reviews! This is not right! I have ordered from them before and did not have this problem… now it’s just giving #scam

I love this brand. I fell in love with it in 2020 after seeing the Viral Kivie Rugged Set on several IG influencers. I have it in several colors, but didn't get to wear it anywhere due to the pandemic. The clothing is high quality. The knit is heavy. The sizes are very versatile and forgiving if you lose or gain a few pounds. Up to 2 sizes for a lot of items up or down. I have a couple of the wing style pants and two shirts. The clothing looks good on many body types, but especially stunning on curvy bodies. You can dress up or down depending upon mood and accessories. You will stun on date nights, or girl's nights. The website always has sales, and VIP discounts. They can run out of stock pretty quickly so, keep that in mind, and get VIP status so you can buy early. I feel like I'm gushing lol, but I really do enjoy the clothes. It's also a woman owned smaller business, so you're being boss by helping build a boss. Several styles have been imitated by that awful infamous fast fashion brand online, that shall not be named, as well as china sites. Don't buy the imitations, the quality is terrible and it's blatant theft.

I recently purchased two items on this website and there was a confusion in the shipping/billing address. I sent an email regarding the issue, I had TWO employees (including the CEO) call me screaming at me stating that it wasn't there fault that I didn't receive my items I paid express shipping for. When I tried to explain what happened the CEO began to scream over me on the phone call and didn't give me the opportunity to speak. I've never received customer service like this before in my life, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

You guys have THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Better than any big name brand company I've even ordered from and better than any small business. You're the best I'll definitely be shopping again! I've been waiting for this set to restock for months. You even tagged me once it restocked! How you remembered and continue to respond and comment back to every person is just phenomenal!!!!! You should have a customer service etiquette class because a lot of these businesses out here need it! Never shopped in store I'm from Philly and only shopped online but she's literally be best she's killing it!!
