This place has really nice pieces for cheap. But who ever runs this is unorganized or doesn’t know how to run a business. First of the first time I bought from there they were rude and didn’t have my completed order when they told me my order was ready to pick up. I gave them a second try online so I wouldn’t deal w them in person. I ordered November 5th my order still says processing it was winter pieces I’m sure ima get them once winter is over if I even get it. I got called this week that my order was at the store. I was a little confused so I thought I mest up and didn’t place the order for delivery so I came to pick it up. First thing the girl tells me oh no we called you by mistake we got confused you already picked it up. So first of you guys didn’t think of calling me back to clarify that?? I driving from Norco to LA. All I got from them was a free parking pass. Definitely never dealing w them again not worth it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I made an order in October and they said that I gonna receive it in two weeks at my address by UPS, three weeks later I was in LA again and I asked for my order that I never received it, they said that I have to pay first before to send the order, I said why you dont charge it to my account when I left my card information, finally they charge the total of my order and said again thet Im gonna receive my order at my address in two weeks more, of course that never happened, I was waiting for my order and I never received them, they DONT ANSWER CALLS, THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER, THEY DONT ANSWER WHATSUP, THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM TO THE CLIENTS, THEY DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER until you go AGAIN TO LOS ANGELES to claim your order and you find that finally your order is in the store for many weeks and they do NOTHING to help you or ship the order, they want only your money to keep it for them and they dont do anything else! Enjoy low prices clothing!

First off this wholesale clothing company sells very nice pieces. You can get quality at lower prices. Second the person running the bussiness is NOT doing a very good job at running this business. Third Do Not order here if you want your transaction to be at your bussiness place within 2 weeks. They will NOT process it.I ordered here on October 1st 2020. I called 2 weeks later to have an estimated idea of how long more will it take to receive my order. The customer rep. Is very unprofessional she left me hanging on the phone I hung up. She never called back. I assumed they were backed up because of Covid so I decided to give it some time.Today Dec. 2 nd I called to check on my order and the same girl answered and she said my order had been process since November 15. But yet nobody in the whole company notified me through a telephone call or email. I asked why nobody is in charge of notifying if there is a payment problem she said they are tripled with orders no other reason was given. Apparently my order was not processed because of a payment issue. They have insane orders that they can't even handle. I was going to cancel my transaction but I tought about all the time I put into making this order. It takes a lot of work to complete an order!! The least this company can do is process it accordingly at a timely manner. Also they tend to cut orders in half. It has happened before in the past. I hope this time that will not be an issue for me.This bussiness has thrived based on the customers experiences and they should prioritize that at all times. Customers is what builds a bussiness.

The worst customer service I have ever delt with. DO NOT order from this company unless you want them to steal from you and lie to you on the phone!
