I should have not been blindsided. Im begging you please don't do any business with this company. IRBusiness is a fraudulent company that doest care about their clients. Especially Alexandra the CEO of this so called business. Her brother has the same company but he has better service. If you're trying to do business with these people just don't unless you want your personal info in other peoples hands. Wish i could have left a 0 star review but I had to do a 1 star review so people wont make the same mistake I made.

Just went in to do my taxes for the first time today and it was an extremely easy, stress-free process. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and do their taxes here. They are highly knowledgeable and truly want the best for you. I will be doing my taxes every year now with them.

I have gone for past three years because it's near my home. Im a healthcare worker who works at the clinic and see patients with autoimmune diseases senior and vulnerable people. I work really hard to not get sick for this reasons but also by basic principle. The front desk person clearly had symptoms and didn't respect the 6 feet, no one was wearing masks , no hand sanitizers available for people. All this in a community that is the most impacted by covid deaths the Latino community- why so much reckless carelessness? I don't think anyone should have to explain this by this point This is a text I got from them: Note I wan called "paranoid" We have created a website to file from home as you were originally texted for those that are paranoid of a virus you have 99.9% of surviving and for those with autoimmune diseases too. We are not a hospital, you can carry your own santizer and we are very up to date with the latest studies on masks and social distancse and the ineffective use of them. If that is what you didn't like about our Tax Service we will take your review as unapplicable and highly encourage you to do everythng from home instead of beating down small businesses struggling to survive and feed many families as well. We wil be responding to your inconsiderate, unnecessary review that has NOTHING to do with our professional service.

I have a hard time trusting people with my finances and taxes as it is an important aspect of any business and yet IRBusiness has made me feel at ease and have been prompt at responding.
