Amazing service, I brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get a screen replacement and they finished the job in 20 minutes for a great price! The customer service was also great and overall I had a great experience replacing my screen!

On behalf of Peter, the owner of this business, I have nothing but wonderful feedback to provide on his services. COME HERE if you do not want to be ripped off by his competitors, and you want to recieve above and beyond service, regardless of your phone issue. I needed a new front screen, i missed using face ID to unlock my iPhone, Peter successfully installed a new screen for me at a phenomenal price. I inquired about a new battery too, Peter was honest and said the battery looks fine, and he does not recommend a new one. Instead, for the same price as a new battery, offered me a wireless magnetic charger for the same price, which I happily accepted. Thank you so much to this business. Charging you fairly, being respectful of your time, having phenomenal business hours, answering their phones, above and beyond service. So happy when I left that store.

PETER is awesome ??! Thanks for fixing my phone perfectly and only taking about 36 minutes!! I also had a mental breakdown at the time yesterday, and HE was so helpful and caring. I will always remember him, for both jobs his kind soul helped me fix. Also the least expensive shop with highly qualified people!

I've been coming to this place for over 15 years and Peter and Sean are fabulous. Very personable they're very fair and their pricing and they do whatever they can do to solve your issue. I will always go back to them no matter where I'm living at because of their service and reputation.

Special place here? I'm from out of town nd my cousin dropped nd broke her I phone.. We hit a couple places that either didn't have the parts or just didn't have the time ?? So we came here nd they looked at it nd said give us 45 minutes.. We were like ok plus because we in a rush being from out of town ? We were more than satisfied ?? Thank You Dialnet nd your wonderful staff nd repair people ?????? If your from out of town or a local, Dialnet is where it's at for all your phone nd repair needs???

I dropped my phone, it shattered, I called Dialnet, he said come in right away—he fixed it and I was out the door in 15 minutes! Clearly knowledgeable, very welcoming and kind, and my phone looks brand new! I didn’t even have time to worry about it being broken before it was fixed! Thank you so much!!!

Dont waste your time or money here. They use cheap knock off screens. Screen glitched and eventually stopped working. I brought my Samsung Galaxy 22 elsewhere and they proved it was a cheap screen. Guy at this place said they used authentic screens which is completely not true.

Incredibly nice, good, honest, and helpful people here. I had a terrible experience with Apple to fix my broken iPhone (had been run over by a car)--multiple visits to the "Genius Bar" at the Grove, being told contradictory things by Apple staff there, the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing, and then they finally told me: "we can try to fix your phone with our special machine but there is a high probability that we will destroy all your data." Apple recommended ANOTHER shop that did data extraction, which it turned out they did not do it at all. However, that place finally recommended Dialnet, and I went in for a visit. The man who runs the store told me it would be cheaper to fix my phone instead of doing data extraction, which he could do in an hour for only $100. Yes, that's correct. In one hour he fixed my problem that Apple could not fix in a week despite multiple visits, and he saved me a lot of money too. This is rare in a day and age when greedy and amoral businesses are constantly pressuring you to do the most expensive thing so they can take your money. Highly recommend this great and honest business and I will be going there in the future for all my related needs.

Fixed what looked to be an expensive/problematic sim card/charging port issue on my 3 year old phone within a few hours, and only for $50! Works as good as the first day I bought it now
