I have been using this company for 2 years. I ordered eco soluvent ink on Nov 7. It was delivered Nov 14 and all the ink had leaked out of the bottles and I couldn't even tell what color was what. I emailed them and they said they asked if I needed L colors replaced and I said yes. Well it's now Dec 28 and still no new ink and they never emailed me back after emailing and calling several times. I have went through my credit card company to get my money back and now I see when you google them it goes to a inkpro2day but it's not the same website. I absolutely loved his ink and was a rep for him at one time. It's terrible to do customers like this and just leave them hanging with no response. Do better inkpro2day

Ordered ink 12/7/23 and never received. They printed a label but it was never shipped. They will not answer emails, messages, or phones and voicemail is full. This company should be shut down.

This is my go to company for all my printer needs. I have been dealing with this company for more then 10 years and never had a problem, and over the years I have had alot of printers. The color has always been vibrant, even sublimation.

Horrible. Don't waist your time and money ordering from this company. Ordered on September 20. Now it's October 5. Still no tracking, updates on shipping etc. Can't get a response thru phone number or contact page. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and order from elsewhere.

I am very pissed company sucks sent emails/calls all unanswered. Bought cartridges some were missing chips bought another set none of them worked on top of that had a big order to fill and had to refund everyone because of the garbage company. I wish couldn’t give them any stars. I hope they get shut down an lose everything

Placed an order for ink... never sent out product. They don't answer emails and the phone number is an answering maching that has voicemail full so you can't even leave a message. SCAM Business - DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now I have to file fraud with my credit card company.

This was my favorite seller at one point. Sent me a tracking number waited over a month, no products and no return email. My phone calls would go straight to voicemail. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank....

I ordered from here about a week ago and the turn around time was outstanding! The photo that I added was after this shirt had been washed and dried. There was no fading at all. The eco solvent ink has been flawless! I highly recommend this company! I was iffy because of all the terrible reviews, but I didn’t have any issues and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Sadly, as a small business owner this is my first posting of a 1star. Our experience is also like the others you will read here that your order is awaiting fulfillment. No replies or answers via , phone, email or their website contact page. Guy is ghosting his clients. Not a good business formula for customer retention.

Placed an order with them 3weeks ago. I called and emailed for 3 weeks straight with NO REPLY! Had to go through my bank for a refund!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDER UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE PLAYED WITH. 2/26/23
