I'm a commercial contractor always designing and printing blue prints, My oversized plotter ran out of ink, I usually buy from a large ink manufacturer in Long Beach because none of the office supply chains carry it. The problem is that since covid they don't do will-call and I needed ink in less time than the 5 day shipping time I was given. So I called Ink Guy. He didn't have it in stock either. I was skeptical at first. However he called me back, tracked down what I needed and told me he would have it the next day. Fast forward the next day he text me and said my ink was there! and I payed the same price as the big supplier I normally use. He was professional, customer service was exceptional, called me back, and did everything he promised! Plus once I was there I realized they sell, repair, and lease printers! I would recommend this business to all!!!! Their remanufactured ink is top quality! or you can get OEM!

This guy repaired my 5-year old HP laser printer when we thought we'd have to buy a new one. Saved me a ton of money, especially in the long run. His English is not the best, but don't let that get in the way of saving your favorite printer for a reasonable price. FYI there is only street parking and no street parking on Olympic after 4pm.

Fast and quick!!! If you are looking for an Ink Refill or printer repair, look no further than Ink Guy on Olympic. Started by a local one man team and entrepreneur, he makes sure you are well taken care of. I was in and out in 1.5 minutes with a cleaned and freshly filled ink cartridge!

I'm a Notary Public and print 150-200 pages daily. I use to run out of toner fast and purchase from staples. I went here and he recommended a toner that would allow me to print more pages, last longer and is way better priced then what I got at staples

Very nice and friendly. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my printer issues (was a deeper hardware problem), but they tried their best and were very accommodating. Would recommend checking them out!Note: Parking outside their shop only available till 3pm.
