Have been trying to contact this company since december 2023 but no one answers their phone. I have always purchased my machines from them and now when i am having trouble with the latest purchase no one is answering???

Does anybody know how to get in touch with Image Derm? I sent our machine out to them for service 3 months ago and now I am worried if I will ever see it again. I have tried emailing and calling and nobody will get back with me and it seems as if their website is down, too.

We purchased a refurbished serum infusion machine from a third party, MD Spa, 2 years ago. In June 2023, the machine lost suction so I contacted Imagederm, the manufacturer of the machine, to see if they could fix it for us and they told me they could and to ship it to them. I shipped the machine in June and I contacted them in July to see if they could give me an ETA. They said they were waiting for new hoses to arrive and they would ship it immediately after the hoses were installed. Feeling concerned, I have tried contacting Imagederm several times via phone and email and nobody answers the phone or replies to my emails. They used to have a voicemail where I could leave a message but now, when I call, all I get is \

I have been an esthetician longer than I care to share. I went through FIVE different machines that promised to be cost effective and durable, however this was never the case.It wasn't until I purchased my first Imagederm well over a decade ago that I realised that even if I was spending thousands on a single purpose piece of equipment that I realised that all these were lacking in quality, thus disposable.I still have my first machine from all those years ago and it sounds just as smooth and strong as it did when I acquired it. I take it every so often for a tune up et voilà!I receive exceptional service, the value & price are unmatched. In the market there is no dermabrator that can rival Imagederm. This is also due to the fact that they manufacture their goods in the US!

Ive sent my machine off to be repaired more then one time, they broke something the last time and so I sent it back.Upon receiveing my machine back the last time, they had put water in the bag and it could have ruined my cords also a piece was stolen on it and never returned. Its not worth the price and the made in USA tag feels false so does the lifetime warranty. I have more to say I'm just hoping they make things right but they are a dishonest company with my experience.

This place is very shady I had bought a $4,000 machine and they gave me a little discount since the machine was used a few time at the show and I went to claim taxes on it and at the time could not find my receipt so called them to request a copy of my receipt and the owner was very unprofessional and started telling at me saying I need to pay $400 if I'm going to claim taxes lol is that a joke and to e honest their machine was not even worth $4000 and now they are telling me I can't claim taxes lol well at this point I am taking Legal actions and also I had already reported them to better business bureau and I will never refer anyone there since their product is bad and they are very shady and rude. If I was not in a rush I would have done more research on the microdermabrasion machine and I would have paid a lot less for a better quality machine. So don't go here they are a rip off
