Being here from Switzerland my phone broke during my stay in LA. I had to fix it, as the screen just didn't want to turn on anymore. Shawn was very welcoming and friendly. He fixed my phone in 1 day and after gave me a warranty of 90 days. I was really satisfied with - well everything.

I called to let them know that both of my phones were not turning on. I confirmed I would be going to the Weyburn location, to which they replied that will be there until 7 pm, that they have a dedicated team of technicians to fix phones, etc. etc. I get there at 6:20 or so and the door is locked, a dog is sitting there behind the glass just looking at me, and a note says to call them as they are only one minute away. I could not call because literally both my regular phone and back up are not turning on. So I go back home to Culver City and call them to let them know what happened and all they could tell me was that they only do things by appointment, something that was not disclosed to me when I called earlier when they simply told me to come on by. Such a waste of time sitting in traffic there and back.

Sean works all day for his costumers. I am a college student and he saved me on multiple occasions with my iPhone 11. He knows exactly what he is doing, and will always give you the right price. He treats his costumers with respect and kindness.

This place was so so helpful! My computer broke at the hinge and it was fixed extremely quickly. They ordered a part to fix my computer and it looks brand new. I then had a separate problem with screen calibration and Shawn helped me twice. Image wireless offers a student discount and I can't recommend it enough to UCLA students or anyone in Westwood.

Great, fast service. Diagnosed the issue with my screen in seconds and had it repaired within days, also gave me several options for other upgrades (battery, case, etc.) at reasonable pricesAlso there's a very cute dog who sometimes hangs out with customers

Recently, I noticed my iPhone 11 wasn't capturing photos as sharply as it used to. So, I searched Yelp for a phone lab and connected with Shawn, who promptly responded. I drove to his shop the same day.Shawn not only tested my phone but also helped clear some space. Upon inspection, he identified two black spots, indicating an issue with the lens or camera. Initially, we changed the lens, but the photo quality remained poor. So, I decided to switch the camera.In 30 minutes, Shawn had my phone ready with a new camera, and I even grabbed a new screen protector.Bonus: there's free parking for the first two hours in the lot right across from the store.There are plenty of things to do here while you wait; I walked to Sharetea to get a cold milk tea.All in all, excellent customer service!

I brought my laptop to have thermal paste reapplied and Shawn gave me a discount since I provided my own thermal paste. He was very friendly and even helped me optimize my phone for no additional charge. Also, the husky Luna is very friendly and sweet.

My phone screen was slightly cracked but still totally functioning. I took it here to fix it just cause I wanted it to be perfect and since then the phone screen has gone black and stopped working TWICE. the first time I went back after already paying 365 dollars (rip off) and then he still charged me 50 for another replacement. Then, the screen stopped functioning again and I was able to take it to another place that only charged 100 and have not had problems since. Bottom like this guy is trying to rip college students off.

Repair plus - Mini-Master Class in Smartphone Optimization. "What happened: I dropped my phone on a Friday morning, and the screen went dark. I could still hear music on my Bluetooth, so I knew that the phone worked, but I couldn't even turn it off. How I felt: I was desperate to get it fixed. Without your smartphone, life gets complicated pretty quickly (no calls, no texts, no navigation). I looked online for a phone repair place and found one with good reviews, Image Wireless. I rushed down during my lunch period, thinking this should be quick. And that's when I had the pleasure and good fortune of meeting the owner, Sean. I didn't know I'd cracked the screen until Sean pointed it out. Well, how hard could that be? Well, it is not hard, but it is not quick if they don't have your model of the screen at the store to replace it (by the way, I didn't even remember what model of Samsung I had. Let you know how on top of my tech I am). The screen had to be ordered. So now I'm starting to have a minor freak out. Long story short, Sean walked me through the process, gave me a loaner phone, and arranged to get my old phone the following Monday. He spent the time to set me up with the loaner phone and gave me some advice on managing the device better. Come Monday, I give him a call, and yep, my phone is waiting for pick up. That's when the really amazing thing happened. After I got my phone, Sean spent something like 30 minutes, maybe even 40, optimizing my whole phone. He helped me reorganize all of my apps, delete those I wasn't using and just created visual clutter as well as sucking processor power, and basically gave me an intensive overview of how to get the most out of my device. What an unexpected and very much appreciated bonus experience. So, do I recommend this business and its owner? That would be an 'Absolutely yes.' Cheers!"

I had a laptop that suddenly started crashing and then deteriorated to a point where the operating system would not load. I happened to be walking by Broxton Avenue on my way home and came across this place, and decided to ask them if they can fix it. Shawn Pak took down the details of my laptop, ordered the part, even waived the keyboard charge, fixed it almost such that it's good as new in 2 days time! A very friendly person, very fast neat. Very experienced with computers, phones, logic boards. Has a lot of knowledge and as a electrical engineering student myself, would hope to be able to fix things like this one day.Was a little more expensive than I would have liked but it was worth it in the end. I hope not to have laptop issues in the future, but as a UC LA phD student if I ever do , this is the place to save you when as students laptop is a vital essential. Also owns a husky who is super friendly. Thank you so much!
