Horrible horrible horrible company. Do not sign any contract with them. Do not expect anyone to be able to help with your issues. Expect the worst when working with this company. Their contracts are a joke. There is no way to speak with anyone that can resolve your issues. If I could give them no stars, you know I would. If you need a printer, it is honestly way better to go straight to a reliable dealer, and stay away from Image Source.

As with any service provider, there are benefits and there are problems. Usually, my interaction with Image Source has been positive. But recently, I have been really bummed out with the lack of professionalism in the area of ordering items for my publishing. I am giving a 4-star review as a cumulative score. It does not in any way represent my current level of frustration which would be about a negative 3 stars. It was the first time I ran out of staples in my finisher, and I quickly dashed to the website to order the necessary items. I found them, clicked on them, ordered the correct items and quantity, and added my requested information such as address and payment. Then I waited. No staples arrive. After a week, I contacted them to see what the hold-up was. Hmm. I was told I needed to have a quote for staples. I should not have been able to order them on the website. So I asked for a quote. No quote arrived. So I phoned again. They said they'd check my order and send it straight out if it was needed. Nothing arrived. Not via email or as the package of staples I needed. In the meantime, I began sewing some of my more important documents being printed. Yes, you can imagine the time. After five (5) phone calls, we established that they had misspelled my email and sent me zero quotes for my still-needed staples. Amazingly, the bills manage to have the correct email addresses on them. Today - ONE MONTH AFTER ORDERING INITIALLY - I received notice that yes, after SIX phone calls, my staples had finally been ordered and would arrive in 3-4 business days. Again, after my publication date. The tracking number included in the invoice came back as unstable by the shipper. When I contacted the company again regarding the tracking number, I was "disconnected" THREE times (one-time mid-conversation, two additional calls that just blipped after I was connected). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was basically refused. My advice: Know who you are dealing with. Not every person on this team will be as helpful and pleasant as the initial contact individuals. Once you have a contract, you pretty much have to deal with that platform unless you terminate. Usually, it's been okay. But at this point, I am banging my head on a wall because it's going to be another week with NO STAPLES in my publication. It results in a very poor representation of our company's product.

This company uses used-car-salesman type tactics. We have never had a company harass us as much as Image Source has. There will be absolute no situation where this company will ever get any business from us. The phone messages that are left are deliberately misleading. The sales reps pretend that they are a customer requesting a callback and when that stopped working they are now pretending they have an update to a "contract "and want to speak with us. They never say in the message what company they are with so that it forces you to call them back. We have asked a number of times to be removed from their email and call list, we still receive unwanted email after email, we finally have it going directly to spam I will never give a company like this any business! I won't ask them again to be removed from any of their lists because I will now be taking proactive measures to report and block them. Good luck with this harassment sales strategy

BE VERY CAREFUL. Horrendous service. After getting no response to a service request for over a week I asked to terminate the contract. I couldn't get the rep to return my calls and finally demanded to speak to someone with authority. I received a buyout invoice this morning stating that we had to pay $1425. We were always led to believe we were buying the machine. We have paid for over 5 years for the machine and terrible service to be told we would have to pay roughly the value of the machine. Beware of this company and read your contract carefully

Image source is very dependable company when it comes to printers, copiers and supplies. We are a huge company and have been using Image Source now for a while. We are very happy and secure when we are in need of them. Specially when last minute calls are needed with supplies and service calls. I highly recommend them.

Our company has been very satisfied with the way Image Source has treated us. They have always been there for us when we need them. Specially when we are in emergencies they have stepped it up. AWESOME. I recommend them very much. Their techs always come with a good attitude to fix our equipment. They always go the extra mile for us to be in good shape.

Image source has helped me numerous times when my printer has been out of service. I put in a request for service and within an hour I had a response and information about when the tech would be out to fix my printer. My printer was back up and running by the next day which was great. Also when my printer is getting low on ink a new toner cartridge gets automatically sent to me. In the past 6 years I have only been without a printer for a few hours while waiting for it to be repaired.

It is impossible to get supplies. The supplies are supposed to show up automatically. The wrong ones show up and you aren't allowed to have an extra on the shelf. Then the people that answer the phone when you call in argue with you. They wanted me to pay to ship it back so they could verify that it was wrong before they would send out the correct supplies. The sales rep won't answer their phone now that the sale is done. Management just apologizes and does nothing but blames it on their employees. I really should have had my boss by 15 mfps from Costco and had three on the shelf if anything broke. Then at least i could go on line and buy supplies. For this Xerox you can't get supplies anywhere and why would i want to when i am already paying for a meter charge. Like the brand, but what a horrible company - Image Source Xerox.
