I have taken my mom to pick up orders here various times and have been customers for well over 15 years at this location. I took my mom to pick up an order she placed on the phone and we were denied service. When we placed the order over the phone they informed us they close at 5pm we arrived at 4:50 and ANDREA refused to assist my mom with her payment and order pick up. Because we arrived 10 minutes before the close that they shut off the computers at 4:55 because they wanted to leave "on time". Andrea was very rude best believe I will be avoiding this store from now on thank you for that Andrea. I will stick to their online services from now on. As someone who has worked in retail and other customer service roles I understand it sucks when a customer arrives 10 minutes before closing but you are their to help, you are still in the clock and getting paid so if a store has hours advertised to close at 5pm there is no reason why they should turn off and close out for the day before 5pm.

The lace in this lingerie here is amazing. I know a lot of girls don't trust downtown quality and would rather go to a department store, but the quality is so worth every penny. The designs are super cute. This is a Mexican showroom that is open to the public. There is no fitting room but sizing is pretty true to size. I am a loyal shopper of the brand but if you are a new comer I say start out with a panty or two. You will see the quality. Their catalogue is out for display.
