I personally would recommend anyone who owns a BMW and cares about their car to go to Ikonik auto garage located in North Hollywood. Imran the owner is a master mechanic and has great customer service and runs a proper business. They rescued my 6 series and have also helped maintain my moms BMW x3. I have no complaints. Service advisors Narek and Omar have many years of experience with working with bmws and it’s been a pleasure to have met them and done business here.

Super helpful shop, everyone here is friendly and fair. Came in needing help with my sunroof, worked with me on price and options for what we could do. Plus gave me a full inspection and overview of my car. Only place I’ll be taking my car from now on, these guys are honest and reliable.

This is the best service center for BMW I have ever experienced. Specially brother Omar is a very professional and customer friendly person and I went there for my BMW car inspection and they inspect the whole car shared the repairing estimation and offered me free inspection even though I don’t get service from there shop. Highly recommend to everyone.

IKONIC Auto Garage is fantastic! I took my BMW in for a minor check-up and was pleasantly surprised to find the fluids topped up, the car cleaned, and a thorough inspection done for any further issues. They charged much less than expected. I can't recommend this place enough! I'll definitely be returning.

Great team here. Imran and Omar are super helpful, the techs do great work and it's a stand up, honest shop. They're busy, so don't expect a 20 minute turn around, but at the end of the day they're more communicative and still way faster than going to a dealer. I've been working on and driving BMWs for 25 years but don't have a garage or parking space here in LA to do my own work- I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Meh. They don't seem to need anymore business. They are doing good enough as it is I guess. Took them 2 weeks to get back to me with a quote (with multiple callbacks from me) and ended up being way higher than competition. So I passed and found a place that suits me better (Hamlets BMW).

Honest and reliable. They always go the extra mile to make sure things are done right! Saved me money too, by letting me know an issue was covered by a manufacturer warranty. A dishonest shop woulda charged me for the repair. I highly recommend!

This place is absolutely professionalVery knowledgeable I was surprised and impressed of the level of knowledge and wisdom this place that is either equal or a superior to a dealership . (every time I go in, they impress me.) Omar and Imhran are really really humble extremely knowledgeable employees (very nice people)Fair pricing I don't know why there's bad reviews in here. I think it's because it is the people that are thrifty or do not understand the sensitivity and maintenance on a BMW or are misunderstood!! Quality work Very honest

DO NOT COME HERE THIS IS NOT THE DEALER, but they will treat you like the BMW price tag that you are. $3335 price tag to fix smog and the minute I got home the smog became an issue again. While sitting at the shop for 3 months, missing and damage parts, things like air valve cover swapped out, passenger door handle ripped off and a missing pulley. This wasn't the best part. The best part is another pulley is screaming loud. Came in because the check engine light was on. I did not want to bring my 20+ year old car back to show room fresh. Was misleading and communication was awful. I will never return. Mechanics in the San Fernando Valley, watch out!
