5 star service is all I can say. I am a past customer and decided to stroll by just to get out of the rainy weather for a while. Their selection is amazing, and curated with great taste. The amount of pieces they offer is above par, they have EVERYTHING you might need. You need a horoscope sign they have 1 of each in three different metals. You want to make your imaginary bitcoin money real? They have multiple bitcoin pendants. Religious? They have your back covered with a cross, a Jesus piece, and one of my favorites because I felt represented they had Our Lady of Guadalupe pendant. As far as prices go, they are fair. It's P2P (pay to play) the pieces here have meticulous detail and you know you're getting PREMIUM precious metals, but if you want to talk about value GET THIS. While I was drafting this in my phone and looking at product they offered to clean my pieces I purchased in the past. You can't tell me that's not 5 star service.

Purchased this piece a year ago 5mm Franco 18k about 100 grams with vs+ clasp 2c they charged 16k smh didn't know much about jewelry but unfortunately I learned the expensive and hard way. After looking further into pricing I could have got a 200 grams chain :-( easily this place is taxed big time it is very nice quality that's why I give 2 stars

I requested the butterfly pendant in blue sapphire and no one ever got back to me. I was willing to make a 50% down payment on it and purchase a gold chain for my young adult son as well. Very unhelpful and frustrating. Went to a Jeweler in the diamond district Downtown and got the same items that were better quality for 3/4's of the price. What a rip off these people are!
