I can't believe this place is still running. I bought a car in 2016. It started with the engine light and it turned out to be a sensor (this was maybe two weeks after purchased). Mind you I bought this car that had at least 175k miles and costed 8k plus. Anyways, they replaced it and again it gave me same issue & took it back. I did this for about 6-8 times. Then the final strike was when the car did not turned out and it resulted in the transmission being damaged. They refused to give me what I had paid for the car already and they only gave 1k in return. When I picked up the check, that stupid car was put back ON SALE. It was a 4 door Honda black car. So beware. They sale lemon cars here. This place has no sense of ethics nor morale. The owner never even came to me directly to figure out the problem. Worse place ever! DONT BUY!!!

WORST PLACE EVER, I came a week ago to buy a car from here cause they had pretty good prices, FOR STARTERS the owner made me wait an hour and a half because he was out eating instead of being at his dealership. Anyways little by little I started noticing little defects in my car from my AC not working to the mirrors not turning to the sun visors not working and almost falling off, interior was so dirty yet they told me the day before that they were going to clean it and ended up the same. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART two days ago my cars brakes stopped working out of no where on my way to work and I CRASHED into another car. Now I'm paying more because these people don't check their cars and I could've lost my life. NEVER GO HERE !!! THEY DONT CHECK THEIR CARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They sold me a stick shift car with no hand brake. Asked if I can return the car even without putting miles on the car and they delayed. As time went by with this covid situation i became 2 months behind payment so they repo'd the car. (Understandable) i came in the same day to pay the balance and no he's forcing me to pay the full amount pending or forfeit the car. He did not want to give me the repos or tow company information. As he called he spoke to them in spanish (thinking i don't speak Spanish) and instructed them to tell me that they're closed. I ended up finding the repo company and was able to speak to them and They! Told me to get rid of those ppl. I was going to let it be but f that! I pretty much paid the car off and if I were to let it go they're just going to resale it for full price and stick it to someone else. The DMV employee is they're brother, the dealership next door is another brother too!! Lemon dealer for sure! It's only a matter of time before they mess with the wrong person. They won't answer my calls or messages now. I suggest going to a real car dealership, taking the bus, or riding a bike before purchasing a car from HUGOS

Do NOT buy from this dealership. Within 3-4 weeks of having the car, the engine light turned on. I only had the car 6 months until I HAD to returned it back to the dealer (which btw, they gave me BIG TIME TROUBLE before returning the vehicle). I faced so many issues until they finally told me it was the transmission (they wanted to cover everything up). Even though they replaced the transmission, it wasn't a quality one - how do I know? 1) the car felt different when driving it 2)After 2 days, the car DID NOT EVEN TURNED ON!! THE OWNER NEVER BOTHERED TO APPROACH ME OR FIX THE ISSUES WITH ME. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I gave them multiple attempts to repair the multiple problems that I encounter with the car but was NEVER satisfy with their service.

Dealt with Enrique to purchase a new to me car. He was very professional and understanding of what I wanted to get and how much I wanted to pay. We went back and forth for a bit until we found a happy medium. I ended up buying a mustang for a great price. We finished all the paper work super quick and I was on my way with my new car faster than I even expected.
