Not one single employee speaks English. I made an appointment for 10am and was told at 1030 that no one could help me because of the language barrier. I've been going to h and r block for 7 years and this really surprised me. I wish the appointment maker had indicated that there was no English speaking assistance. Wasted time

Very bad experience in this place in February I did my taxes and a lady named María Edeza did my taxes wrong, then another lady helped me, Elvira Martinez supposedly helped me send the new package. After a month I called her to ask that I didn't get a message in my cel that the iris accepted my request and this lady in a rude manner answered me that it was taking time, I called the iris to verify and what I thought the second package had not been sent yesterday, April 20, I went to the office and they helped me A brunette lady with short hair helped me along with this lady Elvira to see why they had not sent my package and this lady Elvira told me to apologize for not sending it as if with her apologies she wants to fix everything and to top it all off then all the annoying ones I also asked to talk with a manager and they denied me all information. We are 4 people in my family who do taxes there. We were going to do 5 for next year but none of us will go there. We have enormous distrust that people like this will serve us again. We even thought about looking for another place other than an h&r block??because of these unprofessional people. My sister also almost had her taxes wrong, only she had already found out and realized the mistake, otherwise it would have been the same for her. This is a warning to people who go, find out first and be very careful if you are going to this place because not all the people who work there do a good job, therefore my family and I are not crazy about returning there, 100% distrustful.

They are too expensive. They charge me $595.00. I won't even be born again and I won't go there again and according to them they gave me the most and it was the same thing they gave me back last year but I went with other tax preparers these days they take advantage of the work you do It happens all year round they also make their August

This location is taking money from the hard working community members. They pray on the lack knowledge of locals to file their taxes. They seem to charge more just because your head of household and the tax preparer tends to charge on their own personal agenda. If you make less that 65,000 a year Google VITA is a free IRS program in different locations where you can file for free and get direct deposit for free. Good luck and stay away from places like this.

This place Is not worth It they charge $130 to do taxes but they messed up on mine I still haven't gotten my 3rd stimulus the one that was for $1,400 or the first california credit check that was for $600 the lady Nora did my taxes and I don't know whar the hell she did but I am missing $2,000 of money that everyone else got and I didnt causw of a mistake on the taxes never going again overpriced and bad quality job jesus.
