I have been a client of Block for about 40 years. In the last couple of years, I have experienced a decline in feeling confident and pleased with the tax preparation. The icing on the cake was this year, I literally asked a 2nd Preparer to redo my taxes. Clients pay toooooooo much for not feeling as though the Preparer is knowledgeable. So, as it has been an automatic following year return to Block, I WILL PROBABLY explore other options.
