Her calm, reassuring and patient manner immediately put me at ease. She was focused, efficient and careful. It was easy to trust her with my documents. Mike Hart was awesome. I had some changes this year which complicated my returns but he was able to answer my questions simply and fully so I was able to file my taxes with ease.

This year was odd, I submitted my tax information electronically and I didn't get contacted until 4 days later. Perhaps it has to do with the oddness of this year but it felt less attentive than in previous years. I will go back to H&R because I like the peace of mind but the service this year was less than expected.
