Wow, this H&R Block is amazing. The last time I get did my taxes the guy told me to slim $100 and it made me pay no taxes at all but now I'm in prison nice thank you so much. Time for a bag of beans with hot Cheetos in it. I love boiling my Ramen and toilet water gives it that musty flavor.

This is an absolutely amazing H&R Block store. The people are friendly and very professional and know what they are doing. I am relying on their business services to do my payroll, bookkeeping and taxes and would recommend it to everyone

Absolutely Poor Customer Service I scheduled an appointment with H&R Block on Olympic in DTLA as it's in my neighborhood and offered me great service the year prior. Unfortunately, the gentleman who prepared my 2020 taxes was unavailable so I opted to schedule with another tax professional in the office. I scheduled the appointment over 24 hours prior to the appointment time and arranged time off from work to walk over and get my taxes done. I arrived to the office 15 minutes early and was immediately confronted in a rude tone "You! You have an appointment?" by one of the tax preparers. I told him yes and he asked, "with who?" Again, in a rude tone. I told him my tax prepares name and he says "She's busy, you'll need to come back." I told him it's fine, but I asked kindly "May I use your copy machine to print a few tax forms?" He replies, yet again, in a rude tone "we don't offer printing services here." I didn't want to have a situation with this guy, so I walked to Fedex to print my docs. Printed my documents and returned to the office right at my appointment time. The receptionist checked me in and told me to wait a second. She went to the back and spoke to the same guy who was now sitting in his cubicle. He tells her in a load and rude tone "I don't have time for him" tell him to leave his stuff and someone else will call him. For me, this was the last straw and I told him, in my loud tone, that he didn't have to be an a****** and he could've told me that when I first walked in. I said a few more things to him out of anger. I then apologize to the receptionist and let her know my anger isn't directed towards her, then I left. I don't know where the lady went who was suppose to do my taxes and I don't know what was up with this guys unprofessional attitude. But none of this is the way to handle a customer, especially one with an appointment. Absolutely disrespectful and a waste of my time. My advice to you, do your taxes yourself or find someone else to do it. Just stay clear of this office.

I was forced to wait outside the door for 15 mins with no one answering the door . The lady looked up saw I was black and turned back to her desk and brush me off with her hands . Then after waiting she asked what I needed . I informed her I had an appointment time and she let me in. Then proceeded to ask why I came . I was in the mist of telling her when she rudely walked to the phone and answered it while I was talking . She then came to the desk and sat down with an attitude . I chose to get up and leave because I didn’t feel comfortable with giving her any of my information to file my taxes. I am very upset .December 22,2021 @12:10pmLady with glasses and short hair

Completed what we needed quickly and efficiently. However, it was not clear what the best way to contact our representative was as multiple phone numbers were listed and sometimes she could not be reached at any of them. Also, in general she was not very courteous.

Glenn is very professional. He explained things very clearly and had great customer service. I feel confident that moving all my family's taxes over to his service under H&R block was the right decision.
