My experience thus far is horrible. I saw on the website crochet hair that I can’t find anywhere else. I paid a total of 84.00. I never received the hair, my order confirmation says pending fulfillment. I called the store but was told they can’t help with online orders and there’s NO number to speak to someone, only email. I emailed and guess what??? NO response. This is horrible. I’m out of $84.00 and no product.
Edited:: Seeing the owner response: My order was placed on 9/11/24. That’s more than 72 business hours. I’ve never had a business not respond to email and not ship orders timely. I would be happy to update my review once the company makes good on the product or my money back.

Do not do business here. I placed an order with them a week ago online and I contacted them three times via email and I called them numerous times and I have yet to get a response about where my order is and when it’s gonna be shipped. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am waiting for a response from the business. Do not purchase items from this business, boycott this business for fraudulent practices and false advertisement.
Update: This business decided to finally reach out after I left a honest review on how they are conducting business , but couldn’t answer my emails or return my phone calls. They sent me an email stating they were only out of two items, and that they will be shipping off the rest. Then I get another email stating oh actually we’re out of the other items and out of stock of everything and we will be releasing a refund. This business has terrible communication and doesn’t even know their own inventory.

They close at 7pm. Got there with about 15 minutes left and found my braiding hair easily.But I also used their website to research exactly what I was wanting and the price.

Great customer service every single time. They always have what I need in stock. I’ve tried local shops but they never have my brand or color in stock and their service was poor so now I drive out the way to only shop at House of Hair. ?
