Don't get your car repaired here!!! I told Hosep the owner after he replaced and painted my rear bumper that there is a huge gap between my rear bumper and fender, and it is not flushed like the other side, you can even see the bumper retainer clips!! Hosep response was it was a standard gap and is normal to have an opening!!Ridiculous!

I have been to Hosep's Body Shop probably 4 (?) times in the past 20-25 years. I keep coming back, because they always do a great job. Sharam is the owner, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Great communicator and very honest about what it takes to fix the car. And, he likes to do things ; the right way! Which is the way I like it too. I am highly recommend Hosep's Body Shop.

Was first referred by Stacy at Affordable Care, a neighborhood institution. Hosep's did a complicated repair job resulting from a fender bender. They worked through several back and forths with my insurance company and did a meticulous, thoughtful repair that stayed on budget and looks great. They have worked on my car before this and then too I was impressed by their careful work. Just look around the premises and office and see a clean, well-kept business that looks after its customers. I was referred to Hosep's Body Shop by Stacey from Affordable Care. My bumper was already repaired once but the paint was flaking off in patches after I scratched the bumper against the wall in my parking space. Sharan took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. I brought the car the following week to get my bumper repaired. Sharam's team did a great job and my bumper looks as good as new. The job was done in a timely fashion and I had my car back on the day it was promised. I highly recommend Hosep's Body Shop and I will refer my friends to Sharam.

They wanted to charge me $1000 for a dent in my car. I went to another shop (J&J's off Vine) and it was only $500 and they did an absolutely incredible job! They even changed my oil and polished my entire car. Glad I went somewhere else and didn't settle for this place.

My car needed some minor repairs so I went in to get an estimate. It was reasonable so I authorized the work and paid in full. I left with my car and Sharam was to call when the parts came in. He never called. In the meantime, my car was stolen. When I called to cancel the work and get a refund he told me he could not provide one. When I complained he said he could could provide me with a partial refund and give me the parts. He would figure out the amount and get back to me. He never did so I called again. He said he would give me $182 of $894 and the parts. I hung up and immediately called the credit card company to contest the charge but because Hosep’s lied and said partial work had been done and that they had provided me with a partial refund they sided with Hosep’s the bank couldn’t do anything. Sadly, the onus is on the consumer in a face to face transaction such as this and they took his word over mine. So I called Sharam to arrange for the refund and get the parts. He said he had nothing to say to me because I contested the charge and hung up on me. Now, I’m out the full $894 and left with the aggravation of having to file with the AG, the FTC, the BBB and the CA Bureau of Auto Repairs. Beware of ever paying anything in advance here.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Sharam is a fantastic guy and made me feel like I was in good hands from the very beginning. Very calm, patient, a great communicator, and helped keep my stress at bay. I needed major body work done to my Prius after an accident and the body/repair work was just phenomenal.
