I could not recommend Chris more. He is knowledgeable, honest, a pleasure to deal with, and took the time to understand my situation and my needs to recommend what was best for me, even if that meant less revenue for him. His communication was great throughout as well.

Chris is the man. Texted him late and he responded right away. He showed up the next day and got my bike road ready and like new. Definitely using again for repairs and service.

Talk about a life saver! Chris came through on very short notice, pretty late at night, and did a helluva job getting my bike right. He did a thorough job explaining any potential issues and how to go about correcting them, ensuring my bike was race ready! Not to mention, this was done the night before my departing flight, excellent job Chris, much appreciated!

Chris at Hoopty did an amazing job tuning up my ebike. He took the time to explain everything he was working on and WHY he was doing it. The transparency was super appreciated and my bike rides like a dream. I’ll definitely hit him up again whenever I need any work done in the future.

Chris is the man! Great guy and very thorough with his bike repairs. You can tell he really loves what he does with his level of care. He fixed my broken chain on my electric bike and found other items like loose belts and misaligned components.

Chris from Hoopty Bikes was meticulous in tuning, adjusting and repairing our four family bikes and restoring them (resurrecting two of them) to excellent working condition conveniently at our home. Chris took the time to walk our kids and us through each bikes’ mechanisms and proper gear shifting. At the end of the tuning process, Chris did a safety check on each bike to make sure they were all good to go. Chris was extremely thorough, fair in his pricing and very friendly and knowledgeable. We will use Hoopty Bikes for all of our future biking needs and maintenance

I recently hired Hoopty Bikes and Chris came to my place to reassemble my bike from top to bottom. I must say, he did an excellent job. Chris's passion for everything related to bikes is truly reflected in his work. Therefore, I highly recommend him for any cycling needs in the future.

Mr Hoopty is so friendly & helpful. I’ve contacted him a few times for help, but haven’t enlisted his services yet. This review is for him being so very helpful even when he can’t do the work himself. It’s rare these days for someone to send a list of other shops and vendors that can help. If that’s the level of service before I’m even a client, I can only imagine how well he services bikes. Thanks for being a kind, helpful business owner.

Recently got back into biking (it’s been years) and ran into A LOT of problems with my bike & needed a repair & was looking for instant repairs/ local bike techs & found out about Chris & who he is . Didn’t know who he was but after looking at his website, I was intrigued & immediately contacted him . He was sweet, funny & a really laid back guy that you could for sure just chill with . He was very descriptive which is what I loved about him , he not only told me what was wrong with the bike but also taught me a few things on what to do if I run into issues & how to maintenance my bike . I’ve never met someone that went so deep in details about a bike & Chris went all out which was amazing . He really cares about his customers & I don’t think I’ll ever go with anyone else to check my bike in with . Chris is just that guy,Thank you once again Chris, you’re the best!!!
