Miguel was great. Very helpful. People seem nice here. Dealerships catch a lotOf hell when it comes to service but I thought these folks were great. And fair.

I've got to give a huge shoutout to the team at Honda of Hollywood. I went in looking for a car to lease. I was assisted by Leonard and manager Alfonso, they were knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions and concerns. They worked with me to find the best price that satisfied both parties and I left with a 2024 HR-V! I'm over the moon with the car and I highly recommend Honda of Hollywood to anyone that wants to have a smooth and streamlined experience at a dealership!

I am a little behind in writing this review. I was reluctant to come to this dealership due to the bad reviews. However, I was looking for a particular color Honda and I was unable to find it at the offer dealerships. So,I took a chance .Freddy Martin was my salesman. He was friendly and attentive. Overall I got a good deal and the vehicle I wanted ! I would give him a A+ as a salesman. The few things I found wrong after leaving the dealership were some scratches on my vehicle and some spots on the backseat. Lastly, I was bummed he didn't give me lifetime warranty on the oil changes as I asked for that . Seeing as I paid cash for the car I feel it would have been a nice gesture as my friend bought a 2023 Honda Civic from another dealership and received that deal .

I've never been to a Honda that doesn't even greet you when you pull up to the service department. Five people walked by me and said nothing. I've been waiting just to drop off my car at my appointment time, but there aren't even seats for me to sit and wait on. It goes beyond not having any costumer service - they are just blatantly rude. I recommend going to Honda downtown instead. Much better service.

I did not want to write this review but after 6 weeks of frustration I have not been able to get Honda of Hollywood to provide my insurance with an Estimate to complete some simple panel repair. I have emailed and called a dozen times, provided photos, even brought the car in once. There is no lack of info, only lack of response. This is FREE work they don't need to compete for, I literally just need them to provide the insurance an estimate so they can approve and I'll bring the car in. That's IT. For reasons only they know, communication seems so terrible they are simply unable to respond or follow up on emails from myself or the insurance. I have even called several times and asked for a manager and was transferred to service which never picks up and goes straight to voicemail. If customer service and communication are important to you, there are several other hondas in the area to look to. Unfortunately there is some systemic issue with customer care here. I hate giving bad reviews but would like to save others some heartache.

I had the pleasure of working with Lems Rosales during the process of leasing my new car, and I couldn't be more grateful for his exceptional assistance. Lems was incredibly knowledgeable about the different car options available and took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. He guided me through the entire leasing process with professionalism and patience, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of all the details involved. Lems went above and beyond to secure the best possible lease terms for me, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. Thanks to Lems, I am now driving my dream car and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Lems Rosales to anyone in need of assistance with their car leasing needs.

A big thank you to Leonard Rosales for making what would typically be a stressful car-buying process work like a breeze! Haven't bought a new car in years and dreaded going through the entire thing again, but Leonard was patient, understanding, worked through what I was looking for and what I'm able to work with. Thank you so, so much!

You would think these people were doing you a favor and not charging you hundreds of dollars for basic services by the way they treat. The workers here are so rude which is crazy given that you can get the same service cheaper any where else. There’s no reason to get your car fixed here so please go anywhere else

I've taken my car for service at Honda of Hollywood for the past few years, but this was my last time due to poor quality of service. I took my car in for an oil and filter change at 8:30am on 9/5/23. My car battery happened to die while I was waiting for an attendant. When the attendant, Bernie, came to me, I told him what happened and he said they would check the quality of the battery during the multi-point inspection, then I left the dealership. At 11:36am, I received a text from Bernie saying they had several recommendations for service. When I called, they tried to upsell me on services the car will alert me when needed, such as changing the transmission fluid and alignment, so I declined them all. He also mentioned that my car battery was fine and just needed a jump/did not need to be replaced. He said he would call or text me shortly after to get the car. By 4:30pm, there was no update, so I called Bernie and asked if my car was ready. He said they just finished but that they were closing soon and could I be there in 10 minutes? This was incredibly rude, luckily I live close to the dealership and got there in time. He gave me the paperwork and I paid ($250 for an oil change and filters is outrageous). I asked if he planned on keeping my car overnight if I didn't get there in time, he said no, so I asked why I was asked to be there in 10 minutes, he just said they were busy. I asked if it took 8 hours to change the oil and filters, he did not have an answer. He did not go over the multi-point inspection with me and the invoice did not include a list of the services they offered that I declined. The next day, my car battery died again, so I called my insurance for roadside assistance. The technician immediately pointed out that the battery was in bad condition with both terminals covered in battery acid residue. I told him I just had my car in the shop the day before, he was surprised and said they probably didn't even look at my car battery. Since I didn't trust Honda of Hollywood anymore, I took my car to AutoZone to have the battery replaced. This was when I decided to look at the multi-point inspection checklist that came with the invoice. The "Battery Performance" section was left unmarked, so according to the inspection, my battery was not evaluated at all, yet they told me they tested it and it was fine. Then I noticed the "Oil/Coolant/Power Steering Fluid/Brake Fluid/Windshield Washer Fluid/Automatic Transmission Fluid" was marked as Requires Immediate Attention. Obviously, the importance of all of those fluids are not equal and shouldn't be grouped together as one section, so the inspection report isn't clear on which of those need attention. "External Drive Belts/Radiator Hoses" was marked as Requires Immediate Attention, but replacing them was not one of the services they offered me when they called me. All the tire tread depths were marked as May Require Future Attention, which is interesting because two of the tires are brand new (less than 2 months old). I called Bernie to let him know all of this. When I asked for the list of services, Bernie said he couldn't find them but that he would let me know when he did. It is now 9/15/23 and still no update on whatever happened to that list of services. I feel that Honda of Hollywood used to be trustworthy but no longer. I love my Honda car and would recommend the brand, but I would recommend others go to a different dealership.

I took my 2011 Honda CR-V that had the check engine light come on to this Service Center for a diagnostic at the cost of $210. I dropped off the vehicle at 8am and never heard back from anyone. At 2pm I called (multiple times), so that I could get the estimate sent to me. The estimate I received via a text link was very general, yet was for close to $7,000 worth of work. Each "detail" link I clicked on had zero information on what the repair would entail. The list I received was simply a list of problems with no specifics on solutions. When I was finally able to speak to the Service Advisor, I explained that for a diagnostic that took 6 hours, there was was insufficient information in the estimate. He stated this was standard as they were very busy.Upon picking up my vehicle, I was told that for $210, I would receive a detailed estimate of all the work. I raised the issue again that the electronic estimate did not have sufficient information. I gave him the example that one of the issues reported was "Both Rear Struts Leaking", and that no additional information was provided: what type of repair would this issue entail?I paid for the estimate and received some paperwork that I later reviewed in more detail. At that point, I realized that not only was the cost of the most expensive items, the Catalytic Converter replacement and Struts replacement, not listed in the itemized estimate with costs, but that there was also no information on the exact findings of the diagnostic. For example, were the 2 sensors related to the Catalytic tested? What was the result? Did the the fuel injectors and spark plugs get checked? All of these items are related to the performance and life of the Catalytic, so it makes sense that if one is spending $4,200 for a job, one would want to ensure that no secondary issues exist. After speaking to several other mechanics in the next few days, it was confirmed that for $210, I should have received a much more detailed estimate with a list of the items to be repaired, what parts and labor pricing. This is standard information that a consumer should receive before spending $7,000 on auto repairs. I then called the Service Center manager, who stated he would investigate and call me the next day. When he called me, he proceeded to ask me exactly what information I needed and he repeatedly stated that they had provided me with an estimate. Each time I told him that the estimate was very general and did not have sufficient information. I gave him examples. Again, he asked me to provide a list of what information I needed. That is like a surgeon asking a patient how they should perform a surgery. I explained that I had paid $210 for a professional evaluation, and that was not my job to give them a list of exactly what I needed and how that evaluation should be provided. I explained that there are standards that should be adhered to, especially for such major repairs. He ignored me, and repeatedly asked me for a list. The Service Center Manager refused to listen and did not want to acknowledge that their business practices are questionable when you propose someone spend $7,000 and can’t provide a detailed estimate. Over the course of the call, he basically gas-lit me each time I asked for more details on the repairs by stating over and over that an estimate had been provided. I will not be returning to this Service Center and most definitely will not be purchasing my next Honda with them.
