I was sent to h of h by Allstate to repair 2 paint nicks and scratches on the rear bumper of my 2010 Insight. It's a large piece so I knew they'd have pull it from the car to prime and paint. Francisco was great, he looked at it and said 3 days. 2 days I asked? He said they'd try. My phone rang mid-afternoon on the 2nd day. It was ready, looked great, beautiful paint match, and now no car rental needed.Thanks Francisco and h of h.

On January 2023 I got my car to get repaired and it’s been all ready over a year and still haven’t get my car fixed this place it’s not recommended for anyone else the badly man or who put all parts together personal I missed part’s on my car they removed and never put back!! I will said that worse bodily shops in Hollywood ???

Dealing with a car accident and the repairs are never easy. As a customer you would expect for your insurance to assist with this process as much as they can. The insurance does it's part with the investigation, coverage process and then there is the final step in finding a body shop or collision center to finalize the repairs. My friend Palomo was told by Honda of Hollywood Collision that his car would be fixed in 5 days but it actually took 21 days for him to get his car back. And when he received it , there was plenty of damages to his car like a broken windshield, stained roof, and misaligned front bumper. And now they are refusing to fix these errors or mistakes that this collision center is responsible for. I hope that no one will experiences this type of incident when dealing with their car repairs.

Thank you Manuel for posting your review. I was going to take my car to the Honda dealer in Hollywood, but seeing the quality of service they provide, I was disappointed because one chooses a dealer because they supposedly have first-class service and work with original pity because the insurance gives the money to make your car look like new again, what a disappointment to the Hollywood deal

Manuel Palomo this place should have zero star rating. You should also sue them in a small claims court. Body shops that don't take car of their customers shouldnt work with car insurances. I was about to take my car here but not no more.

On this location they have a very rude customer service also they promised to fix all the repairs on specific days which they don't have it on that time and when you trying to make an arrangement about the terrible service they seems don't care very bad service

My Infiniti got side swiped a couple weeks ago and I took it to Honda's collision center because they had the best reviews. Well, everyone was correct. Not only were the staff nice and professional, but they really took care of my car. True customer service. I drove across town to them, and will drive across town again for other work by them. They are legit.

Brought my car into the body shop at Honda of Hollywood this week and had the best experience. The team was quick with communicating and turned my car around in a few hours when other repair shops quoted me a week. Fernando went above and beyond in providing support. I would definitely bring my car back again for any body work.

Will never do Business with this company. Poor people skills! I was sent to this location by Geico yesterday. Called them and they were just not motivated enough to look for my info. So, I called early today to arrange my car to be dropped off. The person that answer was so rude and unprofessional. He should not be answering the phone! If you ask a question, you should let the person answer before interrupting! Taking my car somewhere else.
