their new branch manager doesn’t think the Covid-19 mask protocols apply to him twice in one week his mask was below his nose and mouth. please Homestreet respect your other employees and Clients lives by wearing your masks. Please! 40,000 new Covid cases just yesterday! Wear your mask right

this branch specifically does not feel welcoming unlike other branches. ive called multiple times to have my banker switched to baldwin park, but system wont let them aside from informing me that i am free to conduct service with any other branches.i will am on the process of cancelling all my accounts though. been with them for years but one week of disservice is enough for me to leave.FYI: be careful when depositing 10 minutes before closing (4:50). "might" not count as same day deposit even if cash.they charge me fees for over draft and couldnt reason out that deposit was before business closing hours, actual loan payment happened after business hours, and online account states deposit was available. i have 3 types of account with them. basically couldve been avoided if i just went in bank which had an appointment only be ause of covid.it's easier to have bank of america reverse fees, and more convinient for chase which credits your deposit if done before 830pm

I was going to bank with Home Street, but was denied, cool!. no sweat. But today i saw some information shown by the agent that attended me today, that I couldn't keep, my personal information. I Looked on the website, no where does it say, they need to run a credit report online, so yeah I thought I could get checking. But my question is, why wasn't I informed of the what I hope was a soft pull of my credit report?. Im very displeased with this company, and I dont even bank their yet, just changed my check thank god, i left in peace, and I guess Ill go try another bank.

Went into Homestreet bank with my husband where I planned to have all his accounts closed due to fraud and the ladies Ghousia and Veronica did a great job reassuring us that they would help us take care of issue and reopen his new account and monitor for any changes. We left out the bank feeling like they really cared.

Yesterday I contacted HomeStreet Bank to get assistance for a situation I had. I spoke with an individual named Ghosia(sp). She took the time to listen to my situation & immediately informed me that she could assist me. I was very pleased with my interaction with her professionalism, friendliness & especially her patience to listen & help with my issue. I'm happy to be a HomeStreet customer!!

I've been with this Bank/Credit Union for over 13 yrs.. everyone is always so pleasant and eager to help you.. The staff gives great Customer Service.. always here to help with your questions ... and a good laugh lol.. I look forward to another 13yrs with Home Street Bank...

HomeStreet Bank is not your usual bank like Wells Fargo. The setting is definitely different inside. There has never been a line the few times that I had to step foot into this bank. There are a few seats in case you are waiting to be helped. It's very bland and boring inside. I didn't see anything interesting that caught my eye. When it is your turn to be helped, you are helped at a desk, not a window like the typical bank. The woman who helped me was pleasant and she seemed to know what she was doing and got me out of there as quick as possible. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot.
