Occasionally, I listened to the product introduction of the president of Home Shopping World on the radio, and I enjoyed listening to it, saying that his voice and eloquence were extraordinary.Surprisingly, however, the attitude and service towards customers at Home Shopping World Shop is really shocking.The other day, while buying and using a shampoo that was out of stock, my wife's hair fell out too much (others have no problem with hair loss), so I couldn't use it anymore, so I bought several bottles at once and couldn't use them all.Afterwards, I still had 3 bottles left, so I called the store nervously and explained what was going on. While listening to everyone about the reason, of course I couldn't find the original plan, but he kindly helped me and was worried that I had lost the receipt, but he sincerely helped me by saying that I would exchange it for something else if I brought it back.The attitude of all the staff, including the boss, towards the guests was great.And when I bought and used an electromagnetic wave blocking electric blanket and the temperature control was broken, I called and they kindly helped me as well as when I bought it.Of course, other businesses are doing well, but moreoverIt's not even on the scale of Costco or Walmart, but there are such kind and trustworthy businesses such as customer care, refunds, and exchanges. It's a home shopping world that I really respect. The service level of the staff at the Buena Park branch is below common senseThey are all the same product without any knowledge about the product, but why do you buy it because of the color? Then I can't buy it.

I ordered facemasks on line, it was out of state purchase. They send me 3 notifications of delivery status, when it was ready to be shipped, when it was shipped and when it was delivered. I now have confidence to order from them again. Packaging was good. I'll definitely recommend to order from them with no hesitation.

I bought this Gwang Dong low molecule fish collagen from this place for $25. Owner said this product sells for 67,000 korean won in Korea (which translates to roughly $60usd..)Guys, my Korean friend just informed me that this pricing actually sells for $8-$9usd in Korea! Not $25.. (ripoff? definite yes!)I wish they run their business honestly especially during this tough times.I will not buy from them again!!!

I went here yesterday and the man standing at the door was really kind. I went to L.A. Home Shopping World for the first time, and I was surprised to see that there were really cheap and pretty Korean items in the back. I bought 1 Gyeonghee Emperor's Diagnosis, but I was even more surprised to receive 1 box of cultured wild ginseng roots as a gift. The prices were so good and there were a lot of sales, so it was nice. ?

I ordered something from home shopping and I am very satisfied.It's nice to be able to buy good things at low prices.I can see that you put a lot of thought into the packaging.It seems more satisfied. I think I will use it often in the future.
