I was shopping at Home Depot the other day and was very impressed by one of the employees and his excellent customer service. Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. Later, I was waiting for someone to help me in the Hardware department, and when Cesar walked by he noticed that I needed help and went out of his way to find someone to help me. He deserves all the praise and adoration! Thanks Cesar.

Horrible experience....We ordered a washer on December 7th they said they couldn't deliver it until today Dec 20th reluctantly we said ok. So here we are waiting for the washer to arrive all day, delivery was between 3-7pm. I called mid morning to ask if the delivery could be sooner answer was No ok fine. It's now 7:15pm and no delivery. Only to call and find out that the delivery people are saying they came at 5:15pm. So I'm wondering what did they do just drive by because they sure as hell didn't ring the doorbell, come to the front door, call, NOTHING! Asked for a manager but ofcourse they said their wasn't one available. So we cancelled the dam order who wants to buy from a place that makes you wait 2 weeks then only to LIE and say we tried to deliver. No you didn't try because theirs been 3 adults in the house waiting for the delivery. Horrible! Btw customer service call center was nice and they did say no pictures of tags were in the notes, hmmm wonder why BECAUSE YOU DIDNT TRY TO DELIVER YOU LIED!!!!!

A while ago I dealt with the same issue but I decided to give it another shot. Pointless, as this store is becoming worse by the minute. For the one particular item I needed, after wasting over 2 hours going back and forth, I check online and it shows 29 pcs in stock. I come in, can't find it myself, ask for help from an associate and says his devise shows 80(!) in stock. Not a single one on site, after having me going back and forth for almost an hour and talking to half the employees. At the end where I got super frustrated, I asked for the manager and a random girl showed up saying she's the manager while clearly she wasn't and all she could tell me was 'we can check again but you're just gonna wait again'. Stay as far away from this location, these people refuse to do descent job, acknowledge their mistakes and God forbid correcting them! And never, ever trust whatever you see online that's in stock!

Ordered landscaping materials from Home Depot Panorama City. Order #H6644-580682. Employee said he could only deliver curbside. OK. He dropped the delivery smack in the middle of driveway making it impossible to drive vehicles in or out of the property and now also unable to close the gate. I pointed this out to delivery man. He shot me a dirty look and drove off. Now we are stranded for an unknown amount of time until contractor can get here. How stupid !! Not only will I no longer use Home Depot for any supplies & deliveries I'll make sure my neighbors are aware of Home Depot's dismal service

I'm forever lost here. Luckily the employee's are really helpful. Always guiding me in the right direction. On this trip, I came in to get some keys made. I was assisted by Marvin. He was really nice, made all 9 keys in no time. P.S. Make sure you get your key's made at the Home Depot key section in the back. There is a third party key booth in the front. If the key is not cut properly or just doesn't work. You would be able to return the keys actually made by Home Depot. The keys made by the booth you cannot.

I usually come to this Hone Depot to just pick up my online order. I used their curbside pickup before and it will depends on the time of day if it will take a while or it will go fast. I saw that they moved their curbside pickup area to another parking slots and made the old curbside pickup spots to handicap spots now. I usually come pickup my online order when they just open to avoid the lines and there usually less people at the store. I would prefer their pickup locker but it looks like they don't use that as much anymore.

I had a washer and dryer delivered from Home Depot on Thursday, August 12. Two men showed up. The older one was not wearing his mask. I asked him to put it on, explaining that I had a toddler. He proceeded to complain about me in Spanish to his colleague, saying that he had a family of his own. I don't think delivery people have the right to threaten my health or the health of someone who is too young to get vaccinated. Or the right to criticize me in my own home.

I just wanted to thank the best sales person that I've ever had at any Home Depot ,Erick Villa.Me and my fiance needed some advice on a issue I've been having with my fan remote. He took the time to advise me what was beneficial for my issue. He was honest, and he really showed he cared about his customers which I highly appreciate. He has been the most helpful and most friendly out of all I've ever encountered with at home Depot .Because of him, I will continue to come to this store.Ask for Erick,he's the best. Trina Jettelson

We drove to 3 separate Home Depot stores looking for PVC trim--all 3 stores had inaccurate inventory. Frank, a supervisor at the Panorama Home Depot, helped us look for the product and, when we couldn't find it, he went out of his way to ensure we got something similar and left happy. Can't thank Frank enough!

Everytime I come here the customer service is the worst! Long line just pay! Multiple times I left due to the long lines ! I understand cause of covid there was adjustments made but when your really busy it seems ignorant to cut down on people when demand is high. I stop coming to this homedepot. I rather drive to Santa Clarita homedepot. I love homedepot too much to let this place ruin it for me.
