I paid $50 to get a quote for flooring from HD. They list a price in the store that is reasonable. What they don't tell you until you get the quote is that there are added costs for testing for lead paint and asbestos if the building was built before 1978. This was going to be several thousand dollars more. I would never have wasted $50 if I knew this before hand.

Just like to say that guy Jesus in plumbing or faucets somewhere in the back of the store should be supervisor for sure. Not only did he go above and beyond to answer our questions, he also walked with us to the location rather than to just say oh check aisle "X and O" but he was also answering other customers questions in between with a quick and precise location so anybody can easily understand. He seemed knowledgeable, friendly and made some of my friends who work at Home Depot look like (yes that). He thoroughly explained to me the difference in prices and what I'm getting for what I'm buying. He deserves the recognition for being an outstanding employee which Home Depot should encourage while he's there before he moves to better opportunities.

Here we go again. Deborah significantly disrupts my shopping experience. I would not object to an additional fee for the presence of a cashier to prevent being targeted, profiled, or harassed during transactions. The issue with Deborah resurfaces as I am scanning my items. I glance over my shoulder, and she is there, resembling a floating head, monitoring my every move and causing considerable discomfort. After the self-checkout payment is processed, I asked her if she wants to review my receipt. Deborah states that it doesn't matter; either way, she could print it out. I mention that the cash register is the final point of purchase. As I start walking away, sure enough, she prints a copy of my receipt and,, creating an unwarranted intrusion into my privacy. This breach raises concerns about the handling of my purchase information, particularly regarding the disposal of the receipt. I am displeased with the escalating issues during my shopping experiences at this location.

Great professional customer services at this location. Over in the hardware department Jin was very knowledgeable on all the tools , was patient and answered all my questions . I’m confident on my Milwaukee tools purchase today. Ask for Jin

This location needs some work, you get what you find and if there isn’t you go to another. Most of the time the staff aren’t even there to help and if so they say, “ask the other employee he should know,” and so you are stuck wasting time even though it says available online.The only way to get things unlocked is by calling a staff and I’d have to go across the building to call one over.

I think just because this Home Depot is in the area that it is in that there are things that don’t get done no staff to help all the time that’s all Rome. The tools are always broken you can never rentals. I come to Home Depot in lotta spend a lot of money, but this Home Depot needs a new management or something.

So I always give this Home Depot a chance on the weekends because of location,but I show up at 9:00 in the morning and fifty people people in ONE line-eight brand new efficient self serve registers(garbage)!!!it’s not the employees job that now has to scramble to fix these dumb machines, but now a quick trip (like any other store)to the store becomes sitting in line for 45 min!!! Home Depot needs to fix this and bring back employees for checkout !!!terrible experience!!!

The Fat guy in painting does not want to work. I asked for assistance with colors, and he replied, "If you would remove your shaded glasses, you might see." First off, I didn't ask your comment on why I needed assistance. Since you don't know my situation, maybe you should stick to working, not making comments that have nothing to do with your job.

Please, please don't go to this Home Depot. The reason why my Dad tools were stolen from his pick truck . He went inside to talk to the store management, and he was told that they couldn't do anything, and my was told earlier that morning that someone else tools were stolen too , and that man was almost crying, so sad ?.

It’s funny how they claim they don’t have full time hours but the ppl that came in after me are working longer hours and I’m sure they don’t ask could they stay because they don’t but not the newer ppl that just came. They’ll ask if you want stay extra hours why not just offer full time they’re hiring new ppl but I’ve been here for 3 years how does that look? SMH

Love going to home Depot, just not this one. With the way crime is going down here, they're locking more more stuff up on the shelves. Now the problem isn't finding what you need it is finding somebody with the keys and the clue and actually cares about doing their job

If I could give this Homedepot no stars I would, two workers talked to my mom horribly today. Teach your workers better, they were disrespectful and had horrible customer service. Not returning and I’m filling a complaint.
