I would give zero stars if I could here, but I'm being generous to give one star. 1. This store has the worst register system. 2. The self-help entrance aisle is too small; hard to get in; you can't bring lunber. It should accommodate all people and merchandise width!! 3. The pro desk people won't take cash for pro customers, 4. There were 3 cashiers standing pretending they were working. 5. The lumber register has only 1 cashier; the line was 80 feet, and no one seemed to care. The manager here should come visit the Home Depot Pasadena. He would be blown away!! Nice system, nice competent cashier that can spell simple words. Lines move pretty quick. And they take both cash or card. This Depot, in Cypress Park, is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend coming here!! Don't waste your time!!

Cuidado!

Workers just standing around chilling, terrible customer service. I wish I would have caught the “meeting” 6 of them were having before the line really got out of hand

Been over charged twice. Both times prices at the checkout were different than what was labeled on the shelf.

Came here everyday for 6+ months while doing a construction job nearby. Staff is great but hands down the worst Home Depot in the state. Avoid at all costs.

I was thrilled to purchase an outdoor shed from Home Depot, eagerly anticipating its delivery. However, my excitement turned into frustration when the scheduled delivery for the week of December 18th didn't materialize as expected. They rescheduled it for the week of December 25th, coinciding with my out-of-state holiday plans. Despite my efforts to rearrange the delivery, the freighting company, Hub Group, proved to be inflexible and uncooperative.Even after reaching out to Home Depot for assistance, the issue remained unresolved after spending a total of an hour and a half on calls. On December 26th, while I was away, I received notification of an impending delivery on December 27th, which I once again tried to postpone to no avail. The freight company insisted on delivering regardless of my absence, even threatening to leave it on the street. In a desperate attempt to find a solution, I offered to pay extra for a delayed delivery, but Home Depot had no means to accommodate my request. Eventually, we had to cancel the order. It's bewildering that the shed had already been shipped across the country and was idling in their warehouse, turning into their problem to resolve.I'm deeply disappointed by the inefficiency and lack of customer-oriented service in how they conduct business. Despite Home Depot's attempts to assist, their choice of such an unreliable company has led to a loss of my trust and future business."

I have never been to a more dysfunctional Home Depot in my life. I had the unlucky chance of picking up my order from Robert, a new hire who was training. Robert had a vile attitude towards customers and had customers waiting on 3 different registers that he couldn’t close out pickups on. He questioned me with attitude for showing up when I did, told me I was not able to pick the items myself as every other location has let me do countless times and a dismal approach to customer service. Almost every employee at this store seems like they absolutely despise their job and hate every customer that walks through that door.I had to sit for 30 minutes while the manager Sarah and picker tried to find 3 simple items before I ended up asking to cancel with another associate who was actually helpful; so I could grab the items myself. It took me all of 3 minutes to do so while they’d taken more than 4 hours to try and get to the order.I will never return to this HD location as there was all but one professional employee in the store who helped get my order cancelled. Every other employee was already on vacation mentally it seems. I was picking up a Christmas present and some final items to finish up a job which has now been pushed another weekend due to Robert’s lack of ability and friendliness. This is the first and ONLY bad experience I have ever had at Home Depot.

90% of the customers received unacceptable service, why really? Usually, any store you enter, the employees immediately greet the customers with a happy face and try to provide the best service to the customer, which will ultimately lead to better sales. But here it is completely the opposite. Their attempt is to make the customer run away as if it is a government store, the employees have fixed salaries and it doesn't matter how much they sell in a month. So sit on the chair, don't bother yourself, don't get tired, the customer will go and find what he needs, if he doesn't find what he needs, he will buy somewhere else Enjoy sitting and being an employee ??
