I went in with a severe stomach issue. Dr Michael assigned me drugs that did not work. When I came back with precisely the same symptoms a week later, he said I must have picked up a brand new and unrelated illness. I pointed out that it seemed implausible for me to have two unrelated illnesses with precisely the same symptoms in a two-week window. He insisted that the illnesses were unrelated and proceeded to prescribe the same medication which, surprise surprise, failed again. As it turned out, it was the same illness. I find it very unsettling that a medical professional would make such an obvious mistake. Dr. Michael’s mistake made my health situation far worse than it had to be.

Super speedy wait times! The entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. I was really sick with food poisoning and they got me in and out in a timely manner while still making me feel heard and like I was receiving the best care possible. Grateful to the whole staff!

The facility is great. Clean and well located. We waited 2 hours to get called in to see the doctor. There was only one doctor there today. The appointment itself took almost an hour. The medical assistant and doctor were both friendly and thorough. I was told they called in the prescriptions but when we got to the pharmacy they had not, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. A very long day for a sick person.

Came here with a finger injury and was treated quickly with no wait. Care was attentive, kind and reassuring, and the space was super clean. Made an otherwise stressful situation very easy to deal with!

I have been to a few urgent cares in LA, this one is by far the absolute best. Fortunately I came when there was no wait so I got to back right away. The nurses and front desk, were so warm and welcoming and the doctor was great. Super professional and very clean. This is my new spot if I have to come back.

I had food poison and got here with extreme abdominal pain and painful nausea. The doctors and nurses are very caring helpful and kind! They gave me two shots for stopping nausea and pain. It works in 10 minutes! Thank you!I don’t have health insurance, they charged $215 for visit, and $60 for two shots. I think it’s reasonable price based on the service, and most importantly I got better right away!

My 2 yo son fell off the high chair and hit his head. Blood was everywhere and he was vomiting. I grabbed his clothes and ran out of the house to Hollywood Urgent Care. I was aware they don't see kids but I just wanted to make sure my son was ok for the drive to the hospital. As soon as I put my crying son on the counter the staff told me "we don't see kids" and to "go to the emergency room". No one came across the counter to see if my son was ok, despite seeing a blood soaked shirt, my blood soaked napkin, and a crying kid. I was met with apathetic and uncaring faces and it was as if all humanity went out the window.I even told them I'm a physician and that I would like the doctor to quickly assess my son to reassure me that he would be ok on the drive to the hospital, but Dr. Garaby wouldn't leave his room for anything. Professional courtesy was absent from Dr. Garaby, along with honoring the Hippocratic Oath. Based on what the front staff was telling me about Dr. Garaby's credentials, I'm a lot smarter than him but in that moment I was not a doctor. I was a concerned parent and Hollywood Urgent Care could care less. My son was seen at another urgent care (Southern California) and received dermabond and hair ties based on my recommendations because the urgent care we went to did not see kids either, but they at least had their humanity.

This is legit the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone probably 20 times and had to sit in the lobby only once … and that was because they had a new system for checking in. They take you back right away … nurse comes in right away followed by doctor and you’re done. They should teach other urgent cares how it’s done . And the main doc here (I can’t think his name) is always spot on with my diagnosis and treatment .. and it’s cuz he actually listens to what I’m telling him is wrong! Go here .. you won’t be disappointed !!

The entire staff here is fantastic. They are friendly and helpful from the second you walk in. The clinic is clean and inviting. And Dr. Akhondi is just WONDERFUL. He is caring, listens, and the absolute best . You won't regret coming here

The facility is so clean and the people helping us were so nice! We got in quickly, the doctor was so nice to my daughter and spent time with her. The systems were down and they were really nice about billing our insurance if I wanted but I just paid cash and the whole visit was only $159. We got a prescription and we're out the door in probably 30 minutes.
