These guys are incredible. VERY fair, reasonable, they treat you with respect and I don't feel like I was just steamrolled in the least bit walking out of there. Very very professional and don't have their head in the clouds. Highly recommend. A+++

This is the best of the place. Excellent customer service and easy to reach. Theyanswer every call immediately. They always accommodate me. Out of town ? No problem you can pay over the phone. The previous pawn shop was mean and refused over the phone payment. I lost an item because I couldn't go in. Glad they closed. I'm very well taken care of at Hollywood Pawnbroker. Shout out to Danny!

Gotta great deal on a Tech 21 Trademark 60 amp. They let me take my time checking out all the sounds, channels etc… looks like they had a great pedal selection as well… I’m sure I’ll do more business w them. Staff friendly and courteous. Thumbs up ??

I just bought an iPad from Mike at Hollywood Pawnbrokers. It was listed on craigslist, and I contacted him via text. He was quick to respond and very easy to deal with. I told him I'd be stoping by first thing in the morning to make the purchase. When I got there, he showed me the iPad and was exactly as described in the listing. The whole process was as smooth as could be. 5 stars all around. Thanks Mike!!

Alex is the best. They are really good at reminding you when your payment extension is due, and will work with you when your late. Lots of good items in the store, especially for musicians and producers like me.

Been looking for a Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo MkII for a good long while. Hollywood Pawnbrokers/United Pawn had one in great condition. (They have a lot of interesting music gear, actually.) As it is a piece that integrates with an Online Account for UA Software, there was a couple day change over of ownership. My contact at United Pawn was very helpful in giving me the paperwork necessary for the change over to be seamless. If I'm down on Vine St north of Melrose Ave, I'd be likely to visit their store again. Cool people. Good product.

If you want to buy something don't go here. I went in to buy a camera. Asked how much a specific camera was, the clerk said I don't know. Asked what the price was for a different camera, same response: I don't know. Asked what any of the prices were for the cameras he said: The owner isn't here so I don't know.
