Great location, close to Pantages Theatre and close to Hollywood Palladium. Great customer service. The hotel is just 9 min drive to Hollywood Bowl.
Food and drinks: Denny’s and Trader Joe’s just in walking distance.

When I booked this hotel I was a little skeptical after I read the reviews. However upon arriving we actually really liked it. The receptionist was a nice friendly Man. The room was very clean (very small) but it had a tv a nice shower and a really good AC. I would Recommend this hotel, we got it for a very good price and it was well worth it. The only draw back it doesn’t have parking on premise. I did find a garage lot a street over on Vine that had a pretty good deal.
Rooms: The room was small but super cute and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower was roomy and clean.
Nearby activities: You can see the Hollywood stars, the Pantages is around the corner. There’s a CVS near by.
Walkability: Le Bon is in the heart of Hollywood, it was very nice being able to walk to local restaurants and stores.

The WORST customer service. This is NOT a hotel. The amenities promised upon booking were not available. Booking.com and Priceline have repeatedly requested a refund from management but they refuse. The person working at the front desk was not very helpful and was more interested in talking to his friends over the phone. There were several guests gathered at front desk with the same complaint. The same worker deceived me by telling me that I would receive the refund and I was required to leave as I was effectively checking out. I was forced to find alternative accommodation. I would never have done this if I knew this to be false. I was also told by front desk to expect this level (poor) of service because of the discounted price I was paying and because it’s “Hollywood”

If you’re sincerely sorry, process the refund. In replying to my review and claiming responsibility, the hotel has made itself liable for breach of booking contract.
I may not be eligible for a refund due to your cancellation policy, but I can seek legal advice due to false advertising.

The place is neglected and not taken care of, the room has an unpleasant smell, there is no parking, I had to cancel the reservation and look for another place, but the guy from the reception helped me a lot

It's fine for the price in that area. Parking is extra and across two streets but not bad. Rooms fine. Towels were not perfect and had smudges .
You get what you pay for applies here but would stay again too

The indications are not good. The price is expensive for what they offer. There was too much musty smell in the room. The staff is not very friendly. The location is good if you decide to sleep in Hollywood, although I recommend other areas.
