I had a winning Lotto Scratchers ticket with me so I went inside to exchange it. The cashier wasn't the friendliest chap around but look where he works in one of the wildest places in LA County. The aisles are spacious in the store I browsed around but didn't buy anything accept for another Lottery ticket.
