It's a world famous intersection for Hollywood. But it has a very strong urine smell from the homeless ?

Iconic intersection in Hollywood. Fun during the day and night. If you're planning to visit Los Angeles, go in the spring or fall. You'll avoid tourist lines and the crowd. Be sure to visit areas like Hermosa beach, Torrance and Pasadena instead of the Instagram places like Venice or Malibu. LA is huge, be sure to enjoy it all!!

Walked in before 9pm. Doors were wide open. Sat at the bar and a bartender came up and said - “actually we are closed now”. So why TF are your doors open with people seated at the bar?? Guess you don’t like money. Do Not Go Here!

I can take this route to the redline and I do so fairly frequently. I enjoy walking in the city. There is always something to see.A few of the unhoused neighbors that live along this route have become my friends and I enjoy stopping and chatting with them when I pass by.They call me Slim Shady.....I'm backI'm back LOL

Great central and iconic area. Plenty of parking: on the street with meters to pay with or lots of pay parking lots. There are homeless people but over all it felt safe.

This is perhaps the most famous of cross streets in Hollywood!I’ve heard about legends of Hollywood waiting for the bus, meeting agents, and accepting stars along the Walk of Fame here.To the casual observer, there’s nothing unusual that captures the eye at first, tho the historians on my tours want to go here to see and be seen at the ground zero of fame, brought to Hollywood Blvd.I’ve taken groups here to see portions of the Walk of Fame, along both Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street. I’ll make it a point for them to also see the signage that alludes to the past, as well as the famous exteriors of the nearby Pantages Theater and the Capitol Records Building. There’s street parking, plenty of lots and public transit access to arrive at.The average visitor to Los Angeles may bypass this historic intersection, in lieu of the now more popular, Hollywood and Highland cross streets area, several blocks to the west. The Walk of Fame continues that way, along with more tourist related attractions, restaurants, clubs and theaters.

Come on, it’s Hollywood and vine for Christ’s sake! The history, the weird people, and all the sites here are something you can’t miss if you’re from out of town. I grew up in LA so I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. Never gets old for me.
