In just the last 6 months or so that security has definitely been tripled or quadrupled in this location which is a lot better than it used to it's a lot cleaner too they redid the parking lot and install TV stations downstairs which is really cool there's also car detailing down in the bottom parking lot they definitely did a lot better than they were before or they are doing a lot better than they were doing before security is very tight which I think is great for customer service doesn't let nobody hang around that's not pain or not doing anything which is good Norms is there bringing a lot of people but I do have to say it's gotten a lot better

Nice little shopping center but upper street level parking is terrible way to small an crowded, but nice easy handicap parking in front of ralphs

Went to the Ralphs and got my prescription at the pharmacy and bought a few groceries in the store. It was a breeze.

Lots of space, several places to eat, Norms restaurant, ups, ross, and much more, a good place to enjoy.

The Promenade is cool, and just down the hill from Griffith Park, which is a great place for a picnic, hike, or a visit to the Observatory. There's also a playground designed for kids. This strip mall has a couple of restaurants (Norms, Chinese food, Baskin Robbins [on Western Ave]) and a Ralphs grocery store that is Consistently Understaffed, even on the weekends (always long lines).

Security can easily calmly tell the homeless sleeping outside the stores to get out of the rain to move on. Instead what my wife and I witnessed tonight was three security guards employed at this plaza turn into a bunch of wild animals, disgustingly harassing two homeless people who were not harming a soul, hurling abuses at them and physically assaulting them.I will be taking this complaint further and I sincerely hope and pray that those so-called "women" get fired and end up on the street themselves.
