Doug and his team are amazing. We recently referred them a buyer who was seeking a loan on a purchase in a short amount of time. We referred them the buyer on a Friday night, and by Monday morning we were opening escrow. Closed on time in 21 days and was super smooth. Doug was able to get me a higher loan than all the banks I talked to. Once I got the loan, Syrita and the rest of the staff went above and beyond during the whole process to ensure everything went smoothly and they answered all my questions and worked with me when I had certain issues. I highly recommend you work with them, especially if you are an inexperience buyer as I was.

Doug and Syrita pulled off the impossible loan for us. We were midway through construction on our large addition, and through a variety of circumstances we needed to pull out more money to finish. They explored a million different options, but eventually, they found the right fit to get us the finances we needed. Throughout the process, they were extremely communicative and helpful, answering all of our questions and reassuring us when potential issues arose. We can now restart our construction project and finish building our dream home!
