Very good customer service and friendly staff. Deyanira was very knowledgeable and brought my attention to today’s specials connected with my product choice. This isn’t my first Rodeo and I travel all the way from across town in order to patronize this business. Good prices, special deals, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would call that a W!

Sergio was the nicest guy ever! I was visiting from Florida, where marijuana is not recreational, so I am newer to dispensaries and Sergio was an amazing help from the start- he asked what i was looking for answered all of my questions, telling me more about the deals and giving me a discount for being a first timer! love him!!

The selection is nice, but service was well below what I expected. The budtender at the front counter was helpful with a few questions I had while shopping, but checkout was infuriating. After telling me my total, all of a sudden I was told it was being rounded up to the higher $10 with no explanation as to why, making my order go from mid $50s to $60, before adding more fees for debit. After that, I find out that she has mixed up my order with another customer's, and doesn't know how to fix the issue. I ended up having to pay for their order and be venmoed back. They refused to honor my 35% discount anymore, since my discount had been applied to the other purchase instead of mine. No replacement discount put on my account, no complementary item offered for the trouble, though the customer who got my discount and venmoed me got a free preroll. Overall, the dispensary itself seems pretty nice but the service could be much better.
