My husband reserved a car at this location a week in advance. However, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told the car was no longer available.
We did end up getting another car to rent after a lot of deliberation. The whole experience took about an hour to sort out. There were other customers there experiencing similar issues. The business activities of this location seem as if they may be fraudulent.

This Hertz location SUCKS!!!! Never have proper vehicles and their employees are some of the SLOWEST AND WORST. Do better please!

Very, very bad. Pésimo servicio. Rude, unhelpful, they didn’t have the car at 9am, they told us that we have to wait at least two hours, without saying us anything in advance. The biggest problem was that they didn’t give us a solution, or even say sorry. Very bad attitude. Never ever.

Appalling! Customer service is horrible. We had a problem with our credit card and it could only be resolved over the phone. They gave us a phone so we could call the center. After two hours in the office they never picked up the phone. We had to leave without our car, which we had already paid for. Three days later they still haven't answered the phone and we don't know if we will get our money back.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this car rental agency. We had reserved two cars and arrived at the scheduled time, only to find that there were no cars available. The staff member we spoke to casually mentioned that this happens all the time and offered no solution whatsoever. It's outrageous that a rental company can take bookings and not have any vehicles ready. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

It was a scam, we had a car reserved in Los Angeles. When we went to pick it up they told us that there was a problem with the card and that they couldn't give us the car, but they didn't give us a solution or refund the money for the car. They give us a phone number that no one answers or picks up. We stayed in Los Angeles without a car or what we paid for the vehicle. We have to go in search of another vehicle rental agency to be able to continue the trip.

NEFASTIC SERVICE. Not recommended. After reserving a car months in advance, we had problems with the credit card to pay for the pickup. The workers, instead of managing the problem, give us the phone number so we can call customer service. After spending almost two hours there waiting for a response to our call, they still didn't give us a solution. We opted to go to a nearby ENTERPRISE office, we were able to book another one quickly and without problems. Three days later, we still have no response and of course, without returning our money. Is a gotcha.

After months with a reservation at this Hertz office, for July 29, I find myself with an embarrassing situation. When I proceed to pick up the car, and due to a problem with the card, they do not allow me to pick up the vehicle.
Given this situation, the store staff tells me that I have to call a phone number and request a card change myself (since I had other cards available).
After more than two hours waiting at the store and without anyone from the Call Center answering me, I spoke again with the store Staff, who still did not give me a solution or the possibility of canceling.
Given this situation and the urgent need to leave for my next destination, I decide to go to another company and hire another vehicle.
I hope Hertz responds and returns the money I already paid for the reservation.
To this day, I still call the Call Center and no one answers; and worst of all, without getting my money back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I reserved a car, came to pick it up at the designated time, and was told there were no cars available. There were three employees sitting there doing nothing and none of them lifted a finger to help me. Then a few days later, they charged my credit card for the day even though they failed to provide me the car! This is FRAUD, and I will be looking into possible legal action against Hertz since it appears they do this a lot. Hertz not only left me stranded for the day but then had the nerve to charge me for it even though THEY CANCELLED ON ME. Shame on you, Hertz! You just lost a good customer for life.

Do not rent here! They left me stranded!
I booked a one-way, confirmed it, checked in online, just to show up and be told they had no cars available. I have a family in AZ to get back to and the guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders.
Such negligent companies should not be allowed to conduct business!

I had the same experience as a lot of people I see in the reviews. I had a confirmed reservation for a large SUV but was told that they had no SUV's available. Why is their inventory management so bad? Don’t allow customers to make reservations if you can’t guarantee availability — you can see the effect that overbooking has on customer satisfaction in these dismal Google reviews. And don't make it worse by trying to explain how I was in the wrong for expecting there to be availability... what the hell?? This place sucks and the manager is just a jerk.

As with other people's experiences I arrived to pick up a booked and prepaid Vehicle to be told there was no vehicles available and no idea if/when one would be available. After more than an hour of waiting managed to find a car at the Enterprise location down the road and asked to cancel the Hertz reservation and remove the hold on my credit card. Woke the next morning to find I had been charged in full for a car that was not provided. So much for being Presidents Circle Hertz. Avoid this location at all costs.

Our experience with Hertz was horrible. My wife's car was wrecked by a tree branch and we were picking up a rental car for her to use while it's in the shop.
We were promised our car would be ready by 9am. We arrive shortly after 9, and are told there are no cars available and to come back in an hour or so.
1.5 hours later we get a call saying our car is ready, so my wife and I come back to pick it up. The agent attempts to set up the reservation but the system throws a code. And he tries again. And again. There were about 6 people in line behind us, and they get processed and on their way just fine. It's been 45 minutes and we're still sitting there waiting for them to process the paperwork. We've been given no explanation. Finally we've run out of time because what was supposed to be a 15 minute pickup has turned into a multi-hour endeavor & both my wife and I have to get back to work, so we leave without any rental vehicle.
When we attempted to leave, we find that Hertz had parked one of their cars directly behind us, and we wait another 15 minutes for them to move it because they lost the keys.
Overall this was an extremely unprofessional & time wasting experience. Do not EVER rent a car from this Hertz location.
