Reserved in advance only for them to tel us they don't have a car available. Said that we were 10th on a waiting list and if they didn't call us by noon the reservation was cancelled. It was 10 am when we got the info of no car...

They do not honor the reservations you make online. they blame "corporate" but its not convincing.

Reserved a car showed up for them to tell me no because they rented the last car moments ago. Was rude about it and just said sorry nothing we can do for you try another rental place.
