Office was badly organized . Booked and prepaid but when came to get keys - had to wait 75 minutes in hot crowded office because rude staff could not hand keys over but insisted on “ serving walk in problem renters first” . Not good experience do not rent from this Hertz location because they are understaffed and rude.

Our experience was great! We rented a car online through a Hertz partner and everything worked out. We got the full deal, everything included and nobody tried to upsell us or anything. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
We had to wait a small time until we got the car but that happens.
