Guy at the front desk with greasy hair/cheap toupee is literally no help. Won't even look at you when speaking and speaks to other people mid conversation with 0 care. Hard pass!

We Rent a car Here for a roadtrip to San Francisco and the Service is much better than other Rent Service. The guy in Front was frendly. So, Good Experience.

Shady shady shady! Don't let them fool you with their nice attitudes. They will lie straight to your face, and overcharge your card. Then tell you it was a miscommunication, and they are sorry. I dealt with Arthur several times, and trusted what he said. It was partially my fault not forcing him to give me the new price I was promised for the rental in writing. He said he would fix it, and not to worry. Now that my card has been overcharged $120 he suddenly miscommunicated. I'll also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Beware if you rent from here.

I had car reservation for 10am. Showed up on time hoping I could get the car quickly and get out. There were already 7 people waiting in line and the only person/man behind the counter was joking and flirting with one of the female costumers. This location is under staffed and busy. Also when I made my original reservation on line , no actual pick up address was given to me. When I called to get an address 3 days ago, the guy put me on hold and then picked up got my number and told me he would call me back. But never did.

Extremely thankful! Arthur took good care of me and also had me in and out of the place with keys in my hands in under 20 minutes!! I had just spent 45 minutes at previous rental company that tried charging me an absurd amount of money and limited mileage for my rental. Super thankful I decided to stroll on by and pay these guys a visit.

I had to rent a car at the last minute and Hertz was able to accommodate me, minutes prior to closing. The whole transaction was quick and hassle free. Staff is so friendly and helpful!
