Scammer alert! Went in for a resize of my gold wedding band to make it bigger. When I went to pick it up, he went to the back to ask his jeweler for the piece, then proceeded to look through his stock of gold bands up front. Instead of actually resizing my ring, he replaced it with a much thinner ring with the new size. It was a bout an 8mm replaced with a 4-5mm. I didn't think of documenting my ring as my mother has done business with this shop for many years and she trusted them...

My wife and cousins and I were very happy to do business with this store. We experienced genuine (TCS) "total customer service". How I wished I can give 10 stars to this store. Highly recommended I have an old watched repaired, they did not only fixed it they cleaned it too, that's going the extra mile and we really appreciate it.
